2 Rules & Regulations 1. In case of change of parents or guardian's mobile no, it will be the responsibility of the student, have to give information at front desk. 2. The Institute reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/faculty/premises/fee structure without any prior notice to anybody. 3. The institute reserves the right to publish the students results with photographs. 4. Minimum penalty of Rs, 1000/- will be charged on cheque bounce. 5. The student admitted provisionally will be confirmed if he/she passes his/her qualifying exam. In case the candidate is not able to clear the qualifying exams, the admission stands cancelled and amount paid as admission fee will not be refunded. 6. Student will have to obey anti-ragging policy. In case of any violation, strict action will be taken by Institute management, which will be decided by management only. 7. In case of indisciplinary behavior of student/parents/guardians strict action will be taken against the student which includes. 8. Once admitted no refund case will be entertained, except when refund is requested before the date of commencement of classes, then in that case only registration fee will be retained by SHINE. 2.
