For campers who sign up at the WINTER RATES- full balance due by May 1, 2018 For campers who sign up at the SPRING RATES- full balance due by June 1, 2018 Failure to make payments by due dates listed above will result in a loss of Early Bird discounts or lower rate discounts. $600 of your payment made is non-refundable after March 9, $900 of your payment made is non-refundable after April 20, No refunds for any reason (i.e. absences, withdrawals, changes, terminations) after June 1, A request for cancellation and refund must be made in writing. The deposit cannot be applied to a different camper s tuition upon cancellation. The person who completes the camper application is responsible for the tuition payments. Additional legal information can be found in the online camper application and contract. PAYMENT INFORMATION Rolling River accepts cash, check or credit card. Make checks out to Rolling River Day Camp with camper s name in the memo. Credit cards are accepted for up to $1,800 in payments. All other payments and balances must be paid by cash or check. The deposit paid by credit card is $600 per child. There is a 4% processing charge added to payments made on a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). The processing charge is not part of the total tuition. If family checks credit card as deposit preference on the application, the credit card will automatically be charged $624 upon enrollment (deposit plus fee). Buy Now, Pay Later with our unique financing program! Special Financing is available through our partner website blispay.com/ rollingriver. You may apply for the Blispay Visa Card through the provided website. Rolling River is not involved with the credit decision or application process for financing. The Blispay credit card will incur the 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. Customized payment plans available upon request. Payment plan requests must be made in writing. Payment plan letters must be signed by the parent/guardian and returned for payment plan to be effective. Final payment dates correlate with final balance due dates listed above unless otherwise discussed. Camperships are available upon request. Appropriate scholarship forms, reference forms and tax forms must be submitted to the Camp Office to be eligible for a campership. All camperships are partial scholarships and family is responsible for the remaining balance. Family will be notified of awarded campership and may accept or decline the campership. A signed letter agreeing to campership amount must be returned to the camp office to accept campership. Paid statement for flex spending and tax-deductible childcare is available upon request
