39 After the electives are completed, and a check list review including the following: seminars completed, research methods and biblical/theological seminar complete, faculty committee sign-off, all electives completed, sign off by the director, Academic Dean for approval the student will be registered for the final six hours of the project. Note: At this point, the student will be able to make a decision about the final project phase. If it is deemed that the student is not able to fulfill the necessary requirements for the final project because of poor writing skills, lack of research methodology and or lack of clarity with regard to the biblical and theological core, the student will be able to choose between ending at this point or will be given the option of taking an additional elective seminar for no credit which will address the issues standing in the way of completing the work. There remains in place a five-year statue of limitation. Students may not take required seminars as directed study for any reason or substitute another seminar or course from another institution in place of a required seminar. The only exception is if a student is serving in the US military and is called to duty.
