11 Students need to make a note of their username, password and ID number. Use a sensible address and one they can access all the time. Students can nominate a parent as the person who can speak to UCAS on their behalf if necessary.

Generate a username, e.g. jsmith1 Make sure YOU MAKE A NOTE of this. 2. Generate a personal ID number. 3. Send a verification code to your address. You will need to retrieve this code to complete the process.

17 What information will UCAS require? 3 Students are asked to complete the following sections: Personal Details Additional Information (inc. SEND) Choices (5 max for most ) Education Employment Personal Statement A member of Staff will then add: A reference

18 When you have completed all the sections you will be able to click on the Pay/Send button. The fee for UCAS 2017 is A debit or credit card will be needed to pay this fee. Your form will then go to your school referee who will add a reference and then send the form to UCAS.

21 Rainham Mark Grammar School is a selective, co-educational, school which takes the top 25% of the local population. Unlike many traditional grammar schools, over 80% of our students' parents have not experienced higher education and there is a degree of social disadvantage. We have approximately 340 sixth formers at RMGS and every year we accept about 30 new sixth formers from other local schools. Most students take 4 AS levels in Year 12 plus the IFS Certificate; XXXXX has continued with 3 A2s in Year 13. For more details see XXXXX's History teachers describe her as an industrious and committed first-rate historian who possesses a genuine thirst for the subject. She has demonstrated excellence in her written essays which have become more sophisticated over the course of the year and shown hallmarks of extensive wider reading.
