4 Thesis, a school of thought PhD' recruitment in companies is a major question. It is necessary to increase the number of PhD in the entrepreneurial world. The thesis is a school of thought. It teaches to be daring, tenacious, summarize and to learn fast. The company has interest recruiting PhD, even when the thesis concerns a subject remote from its activities ; it is a way for companies to hire good brains. Cédric VILLANI, Fields medal 2010, Speech of CGE in October 2010
5 Why do a thesis? To go from knowledge to managing unknown Leading of complex project Management of the uncertainty Intelligence of situations International awareness Le Monde du jeudi 18 novembre 2010
