Written Comments: Dr. Hickey is a good instructor with a sense of humor. Participation was encouraged. Discussion was interesting. Very good class. The use of Blackboard was an effective tool and I like the way other things were brought into the course. Powerpoint presentations were easy to follow. Effective use of technology. Teach within the web-enhanced superintendent program whose students (those that have been a part of the new program) passed the TExES at a 100% rate. Provided the opportunity for five students to present at the Texas Council of Professors of Educational Administration conference in Austin, TX. Developed web-enhanced classes for EDLR 5350, EDLR 5353, EDLR 5360, and EDLR Marketed the superintendent program effectively as indicated by 200% plus increase in enrollments.
