4 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OF FORM 1. Name in Full (IN CAPITAL LETTERS) - Should write as given in p r o v i s i o n a l c e r t i f i c a t e / mark sheet of qualifying exam which should match with 10 th board certificate/mark sheet. 2. Name of the Exam. Passed a. If there is any controversy in the name written in application for admission to examination and the name in convocation form, no degree/diploma will be issued. If due to incorrect information in the convocation form, the degree/diploma is issued with incorrect name, the candidate will have to pay the additional fee of Rs.4000/- for the same. b. Self attested true copy of the statement of marks/provisional certificate should invariably be attached to the application form alongwith 10 th board certificate/mark sheet. 3. Availability of Forms: a. The form of application may be downloaded from the University web site 4. Fees : a) Candidate desirous of receiving the degree in presentia at the time of convocation will have to pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- b) Candidate desirous of receiving the degree in absentia will have to pay prescribed fee of Rs.4000/-.If the degree certificate is to be sent outside India, postal charges will be charged Rs.500/- c) Late fee : Candidates who will fail to submit the duly filled in application form along with prescribed fee during the specified period, they can submit the same on Payment of late fee of Rs.500/- during the extended period for the purpose. d) Penalty : Candidates who apply for degree/diploma/certificate in presentia by submitting white form and fail to collect the certificate at the time of Convocation, will have to pay the difference of Rs.3000/- while obtaining the certificate. Applications not accompanied with the requisite fee or prescribed form will not be entertained. No communication will be made to the candidates in this regard. e) Degree/Diploma/Certificate throughout the year: Candidates who fail to apply for degree/diploma/certificate during the specified period or extended period, they can obtain their degree/diploma certificate on payment of Rs.4000/- throughout the year, after convocation is over. 5. Submission of Forms : To be submitted to Registrar, Jagdish Prasad jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Jhunjhunu-Churu Road, Jhunjhunu by post/person. 6. Mode of Payment and Timing : a) The prescribed convocation fee, may be paid in University office by D.D. drawn in the name of JJT UNIVERSITY, payable at Jhunjhunu (Raj.) on all working days, between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

General : a) A candidate will be admitted to degree/diploma/certificate in person or in absentia at his /her option. b) The exact date and time of the convocation and the time for obtaining the certificate will be notified on website. c) All candidates taking their degree/diploma/certificate whether in absentia or in person are required to write legibly in their applications their residential address in full in English Script. d) If the degree certificate is returned back to the University as undelivered, degree/diploma/certificate will be handed over to candidates receiving them in person in the University Office only On submission of original fee receipts. They must bring with them the receipt. duly signed, to be exchanged with the certificate. e) Candidates applying for two or more degree/diploma/certificate must submit separate applications and pay separate fee for each Degree. f) Fresh degree certificate on improvement of class will be issued only after surrendering the earlier degree certificate, along with, Convocation form, to the University office. 8. Enclosures to the Application form : a) Demand Draft, drawn in favour of JJT University payable at Jhunjhunu b) A self attested copy of the Provisional degree/statement of marks & mark sheet/certificate of 10 th. 9. Academic Costume : a. The candidate must wear the Gown which will be available at the University office. 10. Dress Rehearsal Candidates applying for receiving the Degree certificates in Presentia during the Convocation ceremony must report to the University office at 3.00 P.M. on 26 th January, 2013 for the Dress Rehearsal. Candidates failing to participate in the said rehearsal shall not be allowed to receive their Degree certificates ceremoniously from the dignitaries on the Dais during Convocation ceremony. 11.
