5 Foundation Criteria Dr. Rodney Gross Dr. Steve Alderton Memorial Endowed A diversity scholarship committed to recruiting and retaining students from all segments of society, including African- American, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, Hispanic, or Latino. The Dr. Rodney Gross Diversity program provides scholarships to applicants based on a holistic evaluation of academic achievement, including high school/college grade point average and test scores, a personal essay, extracurricular activities and letters of recommendation. The program is intended for students pursuing their first undergraduate or graduate degree.
