5 EVALUATION SESSIONS FOR ALL Evaluation sessions are available on the calendar below. We encourage you to schedule them as early as possible. Once you have chosen a date please make sure your complete application is sent a minimum of two weeks before your interview. Wednesday, February 3 Wednesday, February 10 Wednesday, February 17 Wednesday, February 24 Wednesday, March 2 Wednesday, March 9 Wednesday, March 16 Wednesday, March 23 Wednesday, March 30 Wednesday, April 6 Wednesday, April 13 Wednesday, April 20 Wednesday, April 27 Wednesday, May 4 Wednesday, May 11 Wednesday, May 18 Wednesday, May 25 Wednesday, June 1 All applications received after June will be dealt accordingly to the order they are received and according to the number of spaces still available, some students may be placed on a waiting list. International students unable to attend any of the above evaluation sessions are welcome to contact the international admission office: international.admissions@ecoles-conde.com for alternative solution. IMPORTANT NOTICE REJECTION OF APPLICATION Deposit fees must be paid before the evaluation process starts. In case the application is rejected, the deposit will be refunded. CANCELLATION TERMS IN CASE OF ENROLMENT In the case of three (3) consecutive unseccessful visa applications, the full deposit will be refunded upon submission of the related proofs and confirmation that the application process was followed in due course. Registration fees (200 ) will, however, be kept by École de Condé. Less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, the full amount corresponding to both the deposit and the administrative costs will be kept. In such case, all amount could be used as part of the deposit for the following student year. Enrolment binds each student for the whole academic year. Consequently, each course started must be fully paid. Payment obligation applies even in the case of withdrawal except for major physical reason (such as incapacity due to injury, disability or death), which may lead to the total or partial refunding of the tuition fees, with the exception of the deposit which is kept, in any circumstances, by École de Condé. No reason of a psychological nature may be taken into account to request tuition fees refunding. In case of a student being expelled for disciplinary reasons, tuition fees will not be refunded. DEFERMENT OF ENROLMENT TO THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR Under certain circumstances, with prior approval of École de Condé, it is possible to defer the enrolment to the next academic year. In this case, all amounts already paid are kept up to the next academic year and used in compensation of any current or future outstanding amount due. Any such deferment request must be addressed directly to École de Condé admission office by standard mail. Should the enrolment be cancelled definitively at a later stage, no refund will be possible. LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE No refund whatsoever can be claimed if the applicant arrives after the course starts or decides to leave before the end of the academic year. COURSE CANCELLATION École de Condé reserves the right to cancel a course if an insufficient number of students have enrolled.
