10 Teaching In the winter term 2005/2006 the university switched completely from the diploma system to Bachelor and Master degrees. University responds to needs of economy and society, for example with courses such as Managing Child Care Facilities, Recycling and Waste Management and Information Technology Smart Systems. As part of the externally funded project "Quality Pact for Teaching", at the end of 2011 the Centre for Academic Development and Applied Research in Higher Education (ZHH) was founded as an institution for improving quality.

12 Further education 11 continuing education courses with academic degrees, e.g. Applied Health Sciences, Care Business Management (Bachelor), Cross Media, Innovative Management (Master) 5 continuing education courses with certificate award, such as Adventure and Experiential Education, Interpreting and Translating for Courts and Authorities Numerous continuing education courses, e.g. International Sales Management, intensive language courses, Studium Generale and Summer Schools for incoming students
