2 THIRD DEGREE EXEMPLIFICATION The Third Degree Ceremony hosted by Barrie Council 1626 is a long standing annual event and all councils are again invited to join with us to give their candidates the opportunity to attain their Knighthood Degree at a superb event they will long remember. Paul Gamble SUNDAY - May 29, 2016, 2:00p.m. St. Joseph s High School, 243 Cundles Road East., Barrie, Ontario (see map below) ARRIVAL TIMES - Candidate registration starts at 1:00 p.m. Candidates must be checked in by no later than 1:45p.m. (2nd Degree cards required). EXEMPLIFICATION CEREMONY Commences 2:00 p.m. sharp POST CEREMONY Dinner For candidates, other members & ladies. Location Holy Spirit Church, 650 Essa Road., Barrie - 5:15 pm We encourage the candidates, Brother Knights in attendance and all wives to join us at Holy Spirit Church for a period of fellowship and a steak dinner immediately following the Exemplification. Cost Candidates (includes dinner ticket) - $25.00 each. Candidates (degree only no dinner) - $10.00 each. Other brother knights and ladies (dinner only) - $15.00 each. REGISTRATION Grand Knights please note pre-registration is required for both the Degree Exemplification and dinner. This will only occur when we have received your completed registration form (see page 2) and cheque covering full payment of all costs. In addition, please bring the attached Form S0-37, Degree Participation Form (see page 3), completed, to the degree on May 29th. so the Degree Team Captain can certify the names of the candidates from your council taking their Third Degree. With the size of the degree class limited to 40 candidates it is imperative you forward your completed registration form and cheque as soon as possible to ensure those wishing to attend the Degree Exemplification and dinner are not disappointed.
