5 Requirements 11. According to the provisions of the Law on Pharmacists and Pharmacies those who don't see with both eyes or have an incurable disease can not practice the pharmacist profession. 17. The students who are registered in this program and do not pass the preparatory class in two years though studying at a foreign language preparatory class are deregistered. 21. One-year English Language Preparatory Class is obligatory. The duration of the preparatory 28. Education language is English 38. Students who enroll into this program are required to wear the uniform as required by the profession in their applied courses. 46. One-year English Language Preparatory Class is optional within the quota limits. The duration of the preparatory program is not included in the total number of years of study shown in the columns for education 78. Only the girls can select this program 83. One-year German Language Preparatory Class is obligatory. The duration of the preparatory 85. One-year French Language Preparatory class is obligatory. The duration of the preparatory 86. At least 30% of the instruction of the program is given in English. 87. To registry in this program, the candidate is obliged to take a committee report from a hospital that the university states and/or a general hospital showing that (s)he does not have any physical or mental problem preventing him/her from performing his/her job during education period and later Courses in this program will be carried out via the distance education system. Students accepted to this program must have access to a personal computer with internet access. The examinations of this program s Fall and Spring Semester courses will be conducted within the University campus. Detailed information on the program should be obtained from the University. Diplomas obtained from Distance Education programs have the inscription of distance education on them One-year Arabic Language Preparatory class is obligatory. The duration of the preparatory 233. To registry in this program, the candidate has to receive a report from a Medicine Faculty of any University or any state hospital having capacity to give the required report showing that the candidate has a good physical and mental health for having a driving license (height and weight of the student must be stated in the health board report.); the candidate has to turn 18 at the time of registration since (s)he has to drive at the 2nd class; for boys, they have to be at least 1.65 m tall while the girls have to be at least 1.60 m tall; they must not weight more than 5 kg or less than 15 kg than the last two numbers of the value determined by stating the weight in cm; the candidate is obliged to have the body and physical ability to carry the patient in a stretcher with the teammate while working as a part of two-person team Students who are admitted to the program will attend the classes in Adana Seyhan Atatürk Cultural Center (AKML) At least 30% of the instruction of the program is given in Arabic.

6 885. The candidates who will apply to this program must be successful in special talent exam carried out by the related program. When there are more applications than the quota declared for the program, the candidates are to be selected according to their success grade.
