5 9. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/faculty performance As a part of administration, Principal visit class for about 2/3 hours in every year. Through discussion with the students, their problems are identified and noted in the prescribed format. These problems include teachers performance, shortcomings problems in mess, canteen, problems in Library and General problems. Then by arranging meeting with concerned, solutions are found. 10. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students The College is having Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of senior faculty, woman representative from office and representative of students. The grievances if any, from the students/ staff/ faculty are directed to the grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee discusses to the depth and justice is provided. Follows the principle of natural justice, giving due opportunity to the concerned while redressing the grievances.
