NO: KSU/RA/INT/ 05/2018 Reports to: Registrar (Administration) i. Deputize the Registrar. ii. Ensure effective coordination and implementation of University policies in the division for smooth running of operations in the division. iii. Formulate departmental strategic plan in order to ensure that the objectives of the department are met. iv. Oversee implementation of Policies for the Division v. Develop and control of the departmental budget to ensure proper utilization of resources. vi. Provide professional advice to University Council and Management Board to aid in decision making. vii. Oversee proper keeping and custodianships of the department s records to ensure policy documents are well preserved.any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. i. Masters degree in relevant field ii. Computer literacy. iii. Exemplary work performance. qualifications, detailed work experience, present job and salary, telephone number and address.
