RESOLVED, that in order to safeguard the health and welfare of the children attending the Port Washington Union Free School District, a custodian in the District is hereby directed, pursuant to Education Law 913, to submit to an examination before a physician of the District s choice to determine physical capacity to perform duties. Such examination will take place at a time and location to be selected by the Superintendent of Schools. *Subject to negotiations 12. Be it resolved that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, approve the stipend of $15,000 (pro-rated) for the position of Administrative Assistant for Data Management for additional responsibilities of Central Registration, effective 9/17/10 for the school year.
