A copy of the Financial Statements is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 2. The administration be given the authority to negotiate, and if deemed appropriate, purchase ten (10) acres of property located at Section 31, Township 48 North, Range 25 West, in the Township of Marquette, MI 49855, at a price not to exceed $45,000, and to execute all necessary documents required to complete the purchase. 3. Northern Michigan University s Facilities Five-Year Master Plan, as required by the of Management and Budget, and the Capital Outlay Project Request, be approved. A copy of the plan and the project request is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 4. The Fiscal Year 2019 Long-Term Maintenance Project List be approved. A copy is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 5. That the General Fund Operating Budget be approved. A copy of the budget is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 6. That the Designated Fund Operating Budget be approved. A copy of the budget is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. 7. The rental agreement between Northern Michigan University and the State of Michigan, of Technology, Management, and Budget, for the of Attorney General, located in Suites 1201 and 1202 of the Don H. Bottum University Center, be approved. A copy of the rental agreement is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.
