4 Financial Policies *ALL DISCOUNTS MUST BE APPLIED BEFORE AUGUST 29, 2017 Application Fee The application fee is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Deposit The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable and is used to secure your place in school. Early Pay Discount* Early pay discounts are automatically applied to each student upon acceptance. Discounts are automatically removed if full tuition is not paid by 11:59pm of August 29, You can view your discount on the payments page at MyBSSM. Please note the following policies for the early pay discount: The early pay discount is available for first year and second year only. The early pay discount does not apply to third year. To qualify, you must have paid your tuition account in full by 11:59pm of August 29, Checks or cash payments must be received before the early pay deadline date. Family Discount* Family discounts apply to immediate family members attending BSSM in the same school year. For example: spouse, father, mother, brother, sister or Grandparents. In order for a family discount to be applied, the student is responsible to contact@bssm.net with the names of all eligible family members and a request for the family discount. It is not automatically applied. It will not be applied after the early pay deadline. For examples of how the family discount works, please visit the finance page on Refunds Students leaving school early may qualify for a refund. Please contact the BSSM finance department for details. 5 Financial Policies Domestic Registration Requirements In order to register, US domestic students or International students holding a Green Card must pay half of their Tuition Due. Installment plans are only offered to students on registration who have paid at least half of their tuition. To check your Tuition Due, log onto MyBSSM and review your payments page. International Registration Requirements In order to register as an International student: 1. Tuition must be paid in full by August 1, 2017 (ie, have a zero balance - installment plans are unavailable for International Students). Extension available upon request: contact@bssm.net 2. Upon request, provide proof of return plane ticket home within 30 days of graduation. 3. Upon request, provide proof of sustainable school year living expenses. Without tuition paid in full and proof of all above requirements, you may be sent home on registration day. Page 5 of 5
