3 It is hereby notified that students are not allowed to sit on the stairs of the Porch Area on the way leading to Science Block and Main Building. Any student found sitting on these stairs would be punished.

4 It is hereby notified that use of Mobile Cell Phones by the students in the Class Room & Corridors of the College is strictly banned and if any ring tone is heard their Mobile Cell Phones will be confiscated and a heavy penalty be imposed. Students are permitted to use the Cell Phones in the open area only.

5 It is hereby notified that all classes including II year & III year (whether results have been declared or not) will be held simultaneously with effect from the first day of the opening of the college i.e. 21 st July, 2010 onwards. All the students are hereby required to attend their classes as per their time-table.

6 ENTRY IN THE COLLEGE IS PERMITTED ONLY ON PRODUCTION OF IDENTITY CARD OR FEE RECEIPT. First year students are required to bring with them their Identity Cards or Fee Receipts. Old students should carry their old Identity Cards. They should show the same to the Security Guards at the main entry gate of the College.

If anyone found involved in ragging, strict action will be taken including expulsion from the college. Ragging ordinarily means any act, conduct or practice by which dominant power or status of senior students is brought to bear on students freshly enrolled or students who are in any way considered junior or inferior by other students and includes individual or collective acts or practice which: - a) Involve physical assault or threat or use of physical force; b) Violate the status, dignity and honour of women students; c) Violate the status, dignity and honour of students belonging to the SC/ST category; d) Expose students to ridicule and contempt and affect their selfesteem; e) Entail verbal abuse and aggression, indecent gesture and obscene behaviour; OFFG. 10 NOTIFICATION 19 th July 2010 All the students of the college are hereby informed that they have to submit two Affidavits one by the student and one by his/her parents/guardian on the prescribed proforma regarding curbing the menace of ragging in the college. The Affidavit is to be prepared on nonjudicial stamp paper and duly attested by Oath Commissioner. The copy of affidavit alongwith guidelines is available with Sh. Baru Singh, Assistant in the College Office. Students are requested to submit the same to Sh. Baru Singh latest by 31 st July, 2010 as it is mandatory for all the students. (DR. M.C. NAHAR) OFFG.
