Organize awareness session among the target (refugee) population about the advantage of such a valuable course particularly for female participants as this is an equal opportunity area of employment. 50% female is targeted to be trained by the end of the current project. Select participants for 2 courses in advance, make out the detailed schedule and make it clearly known to all concerned. Coordination with the donor agencies. Close supervision and monitoring of IPD activities at least two days in a week for each IPD. Ensuring timely submission of programs activity reports to donor's office and RTM Dhaka office. Hold monthly meeting for activity evaluation and action plan development for improvement of service quality. Hold need based emergency meetings when necessary. Attend meetings with UNHCR/UNICEF/UNFPA or other donor agencies and also to attend the Inter Agency Meetings. Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.
