Walk-in Interview for Engagement the post of Tutor on 27/02/2019 (Registration & MCQ Test) & on 28/02/2019 (Walk-In-Interview) on contractual basis at ESIC Dental College, Kalaburagi. Employees State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India. Employees State Insurance Corporation proposes to fill up the Tutors for ESIC Dental College located at Gulbarga, Karnataka on contractual basis through walk in interview. The Registration process for the eligible candidate shall start from 9:00 A.M on followed by MCQ Test for the post of Tutors. Interview will start from 10:00 A.M on for shortlisted Candidates in MCQ Test at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Dental College, Kalaburagi on Details of vacancies and reservation position are as below: 1. UR= 30 yrs OBC= 33 yrs SC/ST=35 yrs *Note: The qualification and experience should be recognized by the Dental Council of India or the Statutory Body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate thereof or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted and a certificate to this effect is to be submitted. Reservation of Person with Benchmark Disability (PWD) and Ex-Serviceman will be as per prevailing guidelines of Government of India

2 Note:- 1. Numbers of vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease depend on actual requirement (as per DCI requirements). 2. Age relaxation is applicable to reserved candidate as per rules in force. 3. ESIC reserves right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decisions will be binding on all concerned. 4. Relaxation in upper age limit shall be applicable to SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons as per the instructions/orders of the Central Government of India. 5. Candidates claiming reservation/age relaxation on grounds of OBC should submit the community certificate in updated original as per Annexure-A, as prescribed vide Govt of India, Dept of personnel and training O.M No 36036/2/2013 Estt.(Res.) dated failing which benefits of reservation/age relaxation will not be given and their application shall be rejected. Certificate issued in other format will not be accepted and candidate will be treated as general category for all purpose. 1. PAY & ALLOWANCES: a.) ESIC has adopted Consolidated Remuneration structure for Contractual Faculty (Teaching Faculty and Tutor as per ESIC Headquarters letter No. A-12/16/6/2018 (Contractual-Exam) dated: 23/01/2018. b.) Candidates appointed on contractual basis will be paid Consolidated Pay as per the 7 th cpc. c.) In addition to above, No other allowances like D.A, N.P.A, HRA etc. would be payable. d.) No Private Practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC. Details are as under:- S No Post Amount per month 1 Tutor 76,000/- 2. TERMS OF CONTRACT:- a) Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on contractual basis. b) Contractual Period of Tutor is 1 Year. c) The Contractual engagement may be terminated/ discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason. d) Other terms and condition will be applicable as issued by competent authority from time to time. e) This being 1 yr contract, absence for period beyond 15 days will be treated as abandonment of duty and the contract will be terminated without any reason and security deposit will be forfeited. f) He/She will be required to deposit a Security Deposit of Rs.56,000/-for the post of Tutor through Demand Draft in favor of ESI Corporation payable at Gulbarga at the time of joining which is refundable after completion of contract period and production of "No Dues Certificate". g) The amount of Rs.56,000/-for the post of Tutor will be appropriated towards the ESI Fund in case the appointed candidate terminates his contract within six (06) months of the date of reporting towards Administrative cost.

3 3. HOW TO APPLY: a.) Candidate can walk-in and register for interview from 9:00AM to ll:00 AM on their respective dates. Registration will close at 11:00 am sharp. b.) Candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview. c.) Candidates are requested to report by 9AM at the venue on scheduled dates. d.) Please bring all following relevant Original certificates and their self attested photocopies (2sets), 2 copies of passport size photographs and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates. Failing which they will not be allowed for interview. Tutor SSLC/10 th Standard Certificate as proof of age. B.D.S Certificate. Internship completion certificate. Registration with state Dental Council. Caste Certificate Issued by the Competent Authority. (if applicable) Experience Certificate. NOC. Proof of ID. Passport size 02 photograph. Others documents if any. "No photocopies will be arranged /provided by the office under any circumstances. 4. SELECTION PROCEDURE: a.) Selection will be made on basis of interview of candidates which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection board. b.) All eligible candidates should register their names at the registration Counter (College building) on for MCQ Test of 30 Marks of one hour duration from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview on c). Selected candidates will have to join immediately after receipt of offer of Appointment. d.). The final selection will be based purely on performance in the interview. 5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: a. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be interviewed. b. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected. c. Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage. d. On the day of Walk-in-Interview, the candidates should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer.

4 e. The interviews shall be conducted at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Dental College, and GULBARGA. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the venue and dates, if needed. f. Canvassing in any form will be disqualification. g. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned. h. Rules of reservation will be implemented as per GOVT of INDIA instructions. i. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview or joining. j. No claim for any services like PF, Pension, gratuity, Dental allowances, seniority, promotion and leave will be admissible. k. Tutor is eligible for only 1 day leave per month.
