Tech from IITs and having CGPA greater than or equal to 8.0 can apply for MS / M. Tech / PhD without GATE score. Candidates interested in part time PhD can apply through the online portal. However, they are recommended to go through the details at The eligibility criteria mentioned above is minimum and the shortlisting committee(s) may use higher cut-off levels for shortlisting.
