Approve the minutes from the August 3, 2015, Special Board Meeting, and the August 3, 2015, Records Commission Meeting, and the August 10, 2015, Regular Board Meeting Minutes. (enclosures) 2. Motion to approve the removal of the budget stabilization set aside in the amount of $31,149 which was created prior to The funds will remain in the general fund and will be used for one or more of the purposes listed in Auditor of State Bulletin Motion to approve the August, 2015 Financials. (enclosures) 2. Superintendent s Recommendations 1. Motion to discuss a proposal from AGC Enterprises L.L.C., to re-stripe the parking lot, for an estimated amount of $1, Motion to discuss a proposal from Asphalt Maintenance & VLB Striping to re-stripe the parking lot, for an estimated amount of $1, Motion to approve a resolution of intent to not provide career-technical education in grades 7 and 8 during the School Year Motion to approve the School Year Newbury Transportation Hand Book. 5. Approve the a posting for 6 hours of tutoring, for an elementary student, after school twice a week/30 min each session, for three weeks, at current tutorial rate. 3. Approve the posting of a 1.0 hour supplemental bus route contract, 1pm-2pm daily, retroactive to September 8, B. Personnel 1. Accept the resignation of Brennan Torok, Assistant Football Coach, for the School year, effective immediately.

4 2. Accept the resignation of Tim Glodowski, Educational Aide, for the school year, effective immediately. 3. Recall Jennifer Fedor from the Reduction in Force List as Remedial Math/Reading Tutor, 6 hours a day, 4 days a week at $24.00 per hour (+10 additional days) and issue her a one-year contract in that position at St. Helen School for the School Year. 4. Approve an adjustment to Sue Sipos contract to reflect full-time status, in lieu of.75 status, MA Approve the hiring of the following drivers for supplemental routes for up to 6.0 hours per day, retroactive to August 17, Dan Bushek Step 1 Margaret Oram Step 4 David Tommasone Step 0 Marcie Foley Step 0 6. Approve moving Anthony Corona from a Volunteer Varsity Football Coach, to a Paid Assistant coach for the 2015 Football Season, at Step Recall Norma Gregory and Pat Meagher from the Reduction in Force List as recess proctors for the School year, for 2.5 hours per day, at a rate of $10.00/hour. 9. Approve the Substitute support staff list for School year as written. 10. Approve the hiring of the following Supplemental contracts for the School Year: Ruth Cavanagh Rick Painley Brianna Gillihan Saturday and PM Detention ELL Tutor $25/hr. for up to 2 hours/day Assistant Athletic Director- Step 0 8 th Grade Girls Basketball Coach (Previously hired for 7th Grade Girls Basketball Coach) 11. Approve the hiring of Sindy Krukowski, retroactive to September 8, 2015, for the 1.0 hour per day supplemental bus contract posting. Approval of Vendor Contracts 1. Motion to approve service agreements with PSI Associates, for Speech/Language Pathologist and School Psychologist services and Intervention Services for St. Helen School in the school year in the amount of $68,

6 2. Motion to approve a contract with Lois Percaciante to provide Wilson reading Tutoring at an hourly rate of $50.00, not to exceed 180 hours for the school year. The cost of these services not to exceed $9, Motion to approve a service agreement with G.L.A.Water, Inc., for chemicals for hot water systems for the School Year, in the amount of $ Motion to approve an agreement for receiving and sending documents electronically with NEOLA, Inc. 5. Approve Cooperative Agreement Contract for the Provision of Comprehensive Educational Programs and Related Services with the Geauga County Educational Service Center for the school year.

Board President s Recommendations (Executive Session) Each executive session must be limited to the purpose or purposes stated below. It is unlawful to state only one purpose for an executive session, but to then discuss a second topics (although an executive session may be called for the purpose of discussing several topics).
