V. CANCELLATION FEES If a student wants to cancel a course, you must do so in writing. You may cancel on the following conditions, with a notice before the course begins: 1. more than 15 working days (Monday - Friday): no penalty 2. 6 working days to 15 working days: 50% penalty 3. less than 6 working days: 100% penalty 4. A student may also postpone a course and take it within 3 months from the original starting date. 5. Regarding the home stay, if you cancel less than 5 working days before your arrival date, you must pay for 1 week s accommodation.

5 VI. ISSUE OF VISAS We support students who need a VISA as much as we can giving advice before and communicating with the respecting Greek Consulate Office if it is possible and required In this respect we provide to students a letter of acceptance as required Students should have paid the total of fees before we send relative letter of acceptance If students are refused the issue of VISA and wish to have a refund of the fees they should send us the respective refusal letter of the Greek Consulate. In such case they will be entitled for a 90% refund. NOTES 1. Course registration and accommodation bookings for all Schools are taken care by the s School. 2. In case that the student s level cannot be matched with that of our other classes, we will offer him/her one to one tuition, but at reduced hours (50% of the lessons).
