19 IT- cvet-system o is oriented on company demands on qualifications/competences which are asked on the job market, on working- and business processes in enterprises. o focuses profiles on different hierarchic levels, from an expert who is specialised on a sphere of activities up to profiles an the management level o schedules both; a certification procedure by private economy and certification by chambers and similar institutions, o is scheduled for different target groups: for IT-experts in job in the context of their inner-company-strategies of personnel development; for unemployed who finished their initial training (3 years) in the ITsector in the German Dual System; for those with professional experience but without formal certification and last those who didn t continue their University, o the qualification should make it possible in the company context and on the other hand by integration of training service institutions.
