1 APPLICATION GUIDE OF ASSOCIATE AND BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAMS FOR ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS All documents have to be in Turkish or English. If not, they must be translated into Turkish or English and then uploaded as copies of the original ones to the application system. Original copies are to be submitted upon acceptance at the registration process. Online Application Link: ATTENTION: Candidates must upload the PDF files of the documents listed below to the online application page. Diplomas and the transcripts with more than a page must be uploaded as a single PDF file. 1. Application Form: The application form must be filled out online. 2. Valid Exam Result: Copy of the exam result, to be used for application, must be submitted. CISE, ÖMÜ-YÖS, ERÜYÖS, SDÜYÖS, UÖYÖS, YGS/LYS, SAT, Abitur, GCE-A LEVEL, French Baccalaureate, Austrian Matura, Italian Matura, and International Baccalaureate are accepted; it is not possible to apply with any other exam result which are not listed below. Citizens of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus can apply with their provisional GCE-A Level exam scores, nevertheless they are required to send a letter of commitment by usual post in case their final scores might change (Late postal deliveries will not be considered). 3. High School Diploma: Copies of the original as well as the translation of diplomas (in Turkish or English) must be submitted. Applicants, who have not graduated from high school yet, are required to submit a provisional graduation document issued by their current schools. The original of provisional graduation document must be submitted. The Turkish citizens who have graduated from distance education programs abroad have to apply with a document that explains the difference with the other high school diplomas issued at home. Otherwise, such applications will be rejected. The Equivalence Document, which shows that the applicant s diploma is equal to the Turkish high school degree and is obtained from the Ministry of Education in Turkey or the Turkish Embassy of the related country, is not required to be submitted during application. Applicants who are accepted must present the Equivalence Document during registration. 4. Official Transcript: Applicants must submit a copy of their official transcripts which show the courses and the grades and are approved by their school administration. The transcript must be submitted either in Turkish or English along with a copy in the original language. 5. Copy of passport: Applicants are required to submit a copy of the passport's page with the photo. It does not have to be approved. The candidates residing in Turkey are required to add the copy of the Residence Permit Card. Turkish citizens shall submit their national identity cards instead of passports. Dual citizenship holders have to upload both passports/identity cards those belong to both countries. Otherwise, such applications will be rejected. Dual citizenship holders who have graduated from a high school in Turkey must submit the detailed identity history document obtained from Directorate of Population. Otherwise, such applications will be rejected. Blue Card holders must upload the copy of their blue cards along with the copy of passport.

2 Syrian candidates can apply with their refugee/afad/introduction cards. 6. Photograph: Photographs must be taken within the last six months; it must reflect the entire view of the face and enable easy recognition. Otherwise such applications will be rejected.

The students who are registered in this program and do not pass the preparatory class in two years though studying at a foreign language preparatory class are deregistered. 21. To registry in this program, the candidate has to receive a report from a Medicine Faculty of any University or any state hospital having capacity to give the required report showing that the candidate has a good physical and mental health for having a driving license (height and weight of the student must be stated in the health board report.); the candidate has to turn 18 at the time of registration since (s)he has to drive at the 2nd class; for boys, they have to be at least 1.65 m tall while the girls have to be at least 1.60 m tall; they must not weight more than 5 kg or less than 15 kg than the last two numbers of the value determined by stating the weight in cm; the candidate is obliged to have the body and physical ability to carry the patient in a stretcher with the teammate while working as a part of two-person team At least 30% of the instruction of the program is given in Arabic The candidates who will apply to this program must be successful in special talent exam carried out by the related program. When there are more applications than the quota declared for the program, the candidates are to be selected according to their success grade Candidates under 23 years old can apply.
