OPEN POSITIONS Creative Coordinator Starting Wage: $17.50 Under the direction of the Direct Mail / Creative Manager, the Creative Coordinator position is responsible for the creative design and visual images that communicate the organization's marketing objective to the guest through both internal and external mediums. Additionally, the Creative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the Direct Mail / Creative Manager in the support of direct mail strategies for existing, new, potential guests, as well as casino-wide promotions & special events. Two year certificate from an accredited College or University preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two years experience in a related field. Two years experience in computer systems operations OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Continually develops knowledge and skills. Esthetician Starting Salary: DOQ The Seven Inlets Esthetician administers professional facials, waxing services and an array of body treatments to Spa guests. The Esthetician must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing learn spa specific facial treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Must hold and maintain a current state license. A High School Graduate or GED. Esthetics license and/or Cosmetology license. One or more years experience as an Esthetician strongly preferred. 2 Executive Chef Starting Salary: Grade 5 Plans, develops and implements organizational policies and goals for property culinary venues in conjunction with the Director of Food and Beverage. Ensures integrity and consistency is maintained throughout the facility with specific attention to presentation, cleanliness, inventory items, staffing, customer service and any other areas encompassing the venues.coordinates and assist venue Managers to support effect operational efficiency and economy.directs and coordinates promotion of products and services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position within the industry.analyzes culinary venue budgets to identify areas in which to improve in property wide financial development and implementation. Determines distribution and allocation of operating budget.culinary Arts Certificate from College or Technical School. Eight (8) years directly related experience. Food and Beverage Stockers Starting Rate: $10.00 Keeps all food storage areas of Casino and Hotel Main Kitchen stocked, clean and orderly following all set standard operating procedures. Requires a Class II Gaming license issued by the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission. A valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit. Greenskeeper Starting Rate: $10.00 The Greenskeeper (under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or foreman) performs routine manual labor involved in and/or related to Golf Course maintenance (performs semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work.) Ability to operate small hand powered equipment and occasionally performs work involving larger equipment / machines (Tractors, Fairway Units, Triplex Mowers, Walking Mowers, etc.). High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience in turf maintenance preferred/or three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Groundskeeper I Starting Rate: $10.00 The Groundskeeper, under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, performs routine manual labor involved in maintaining the grounds of the casino. Perform semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work. Ability to operate small hand powered equipment and occasionally performs work involving larger equipment / machines (Tractor, Riding Mowers, and Power Sweepers). High School Diploma or GED. Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel Guest Services Lead Starting Rate: $12.00 Responsible for answering and directing phones in a timely manner, takes reservation requests efficiently and effectively. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Six months related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Income Auditor Starting Rate: $12.50 Verify accuracy of figures, calculations and postings pertaining to business revenue transactions recorded by other employees. Assist in the preparation of journal entries by recording revenue, payment and cash transaction data and any adjustments in audit spreadsheets. Assist in the review and reporting of tax and Title 31 transactions. Report errors, discrepancies and Internal Control violations to Management. Maintain revenue, cage, soft count, tax and Title 31 files and records in accordance with internal control standards. Associate's degree (A.A) in Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent from two year college or technical school or two years accounting or revenue audit experience required. 3 Island Grille Cashier/Hostess Starting Rate: $9.50 /$10.50 Responsible for room setup and coordinating activities of dining room, receives cash from customers or employees in payment for food & beverages received in Island Grille. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Six months fast food service or restaurant service experience. Knowledge of customer service, cashiering or cash handling related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Island Grille Food Server Serve Food and Beverages to patrons in dining establishment. Provide informed, quality Guest service in a timely manner. High School Diploma or equivalent, one year experience or combination of equivalent training and experience. Lead Steward Starting Rate: $11.50 or Current Salary Oversee the cleanliness of the Main Kitchen. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior lead experience is preferred. Marketing Project Coordinator Starting Rate: $17.50 The Marketing Project Coordinator provides project management and administrative support, assists with marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests. Primarily work to keep a project running smoothly, on time and free of as many complications as possible. They will effectively oversee the conception of an idea, all the way up to its execution and follow-up. The Marketing Project Coordinator will focus efforts on reducing the number of variables that can disrupt a project from getting done on time and adhering to a strict deadline. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.experience in the gaming industry preferred. Must know and understand advanced features of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and knowledge of HTML. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task. Massage Therapist Starting Rate: $ Commission The Seven Inlets Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to Spa guests. The Massage Therapist must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to learn spa specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Must hold and maintain a current state license. A graduate of an accredited massage school. Must hold and maintain current state license. One or more years experience as a licensed massage therapist strongly preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience in body treatments is preferred. Outside Service Attendant Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional; Assistant Professional (s), and Outside Service Coordinator, Outside Service Attendants are responsible for the daily operation of the Cart Facility, Bag Drop, Staging Area and Driving Range and Warm Up areas. Attendants are typically the first and last staff member that the customer sees making this interaction of vital importance to the overall success of the golf operation. High School Diploma or GED. Possess a basic understanding of golf etiquette and terminology. Previous experience and/or desire to learn about the golf industry. High School Diploma or equivalent, one year experience or combination of training and experience. Must be 21 or older. Steward Starting Rate: $10.50 Maintains and sanitizes main kitchen and surrounding areas under the supervisor of the Executive Steward. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Table Games Floor Supervisor Starting Rate: $19.00 A Floor Supervisor directly supervises employees in the Table Games Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's established policies and procedures. Courtesy and helpfulness to guests and co-workers are fundamental requirements of the position. High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three years Table Games experience. One year experience of deal time in both Craps and Roulette. Must demonstrate knowledge of basic strategy at a proficiency rate of 80% by way of exams. Knowledge and practice of all Title 31 Regulations is required. Valet Attendant Safely conveys standard and automatic transmission vehicles to the designated parking areas for Casino patrons, delivers vehicles promptly to customers when requested, remains courteous to patrons at all times, as well as performs all essential duties listed below.
