2 Postgraduate Taught The fees listed below cover the full award and are applicable to students commencing study in 2019/20 academic year. Students on Masters Degrees, Masters Stage Awards, PgDip and PgCert pay the same fee amount for both full and part time study. Please refer to the Tuition Fee and Bursary Policy 2019/20 for payment methods and timescales. Full time students will only be required to pay additional fees beyond 2019/20 if repeating study. Any additional costs specific to a course are displayed on the course webpage. The majority of fee for postgraduate taught courses are covered by the fee band structure in the table below. The course lists below indicate either the fee band and its associated fee for the relevant qualification level. The Full and Part time fees are displayed within the table for each award type. Postgraduate Research Awards: MPhil, PhD, MA/MSc by Research Students are invoiced on an annual basis for the relevant yearly fee over the expected course duration for their award. Students studying beyond this period of registration will be charged additional annual fee(s) but, following submission of their thesis, the university will either immediately suspend further direct debit collection or refund any fees paid for the remaining part of the year on a pro rata basis. Students who are required to undertake major amendments or resubmit their thesis should refer to the Additional Fees table below. Differing fees are charged per year of study depending on the level of supervision and/or location of delivery. In addition to the fees payable to the University of Gloucestershire, students should also check what fees are payable to the specific academic partner institution through whom they have been recruited. Part time DBA students pay for the same level of supervision as full time students, but are charged a reduced fee rate for additional years studied beyond the standard full time course length.
