1 To be considered for transfer credit as outlined in the listings below, students who have completed part or all of the British Columbia I.B. program require an overall standing of at least, or possibly more, depending on the institution they are applying to. NOTES: - Transfer credit is granted for Higher Level courses only. - A minimum grade of 5 in an I.B. course is required unless otherwise specified. - Camosun College generally grants credit to International Baccalaureate subjects provided that the subject is recognized for transfer credit by at least one of the University of Victoria, the University of British Columbia, the University of Northern British Columbia, or Simon Fraser University. - Kwantlen University College: Individual course specific standardized exams have been developed to test student ability at each level in each language discipline. Students are required to write the standard exam for the level in which they wish to receive credit. In addition, students will undergo a brief oral interview to demonstrate their level of linguistic competence. A "C" grade is required for credit in both instances. - North Island College: Students should contact the Registrar to make application for transfer credit from International Baccalaureate.
