Outcome 1 Graduates of the MTS program will be able to produce graduate level biblical and theological reflection from an Apostolic Pentecostal tradition that is in conversation with the context of broader Christianity. Student need to be grounded in the Apostolic Pentecostal tradition while expanding their knowledge of Christian history and their interaction with other Christian traditions. 2 Outcome 2 Graduates of the M.Div. program will engage with diverse contexts in which ministry occurs using multiple theoretical perspectives. Graduates need to be prepared to effectively engage the diverse groups of people and ideas that they encounter in ministry. Studying various perspectives will better prepare them for the situations in which they find themselves. All faculty worked together on the first outcome. The Practical Theology faculty provided a great deal of input on the remaining outcomes since they teach and administer this program. 6
