(A congressional earmark of $1.25 million was slated for the college in 2010; a state appropriation increase of $.5 million is expected in 2011.) Provide leadership for responding to the state s needs for a prepared workforce. (The college experienced a dramatic increase in enrollment of dislocated workers in Certificate, degree associate and baccalaureate programs continue to be developed to meet the needs of the community and state.) Work with the college s foundation on fund development.
