Who can apply? Those who have passed in any of the following Degrees: 1. B.Com. (General - Old / Revised pattern) 2. B.Com. ( and Finance) 3. B.Com. (Banking and Insurance) 4. B.Com. (Financial Market) 5. B.M.S. (Bachelor of Management Studies) 6. B.Com. (Financial Management) of University of Mumbai or an examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto. Note: a) Admissions will be done strictly as per the guidelines of University of Mumbai. b) Sale of Admission forms is started. Contact the College office immediately. c) The Admission is done on First Come First Served basis.

2 M.Com (Accountancy) Under Semester Based Credit & Grading System UNIQUE FEATURES OF THE PROGRAMME (INTRODUCED FROM A.Y & REVISED IN A.Y ) 1. Four Semesters for the Programme. 2. Four per Semester. 16 courses for four semesters; i.e marks Degree. 3. Marks per Course: Internal (40%) & External (60%). 4. Test (Internal) for each course in every semester to be conducted by the College. 5. Semester Examinations (External) in every semester, to be conducted by the University in October and April every year. 6. Minimum marks for passing : 40% in both internal & external. 7. Subjects once passed are exempted from reappearance. 8. Automatic promotion to Semester II, III and IV, if terms are kept/ attendance maintained (subject to University directives). 9. Semester IV examination form can be filled only if Semesters I & II (internal & external) are fully passed.

T.Y Sem V & VI mark sheets : Original with two photocopies. (If Sem VI mark sheet is not received, provisional admission will be given based on the Student s result copy attested by the principal) 2. Sem I, II, III & IV mark sheets : One photocopy each (Originals for verification) 3. Four recent photographs (1 passport size for Admission form, 1 stamp size for College I-Card and 2 stamp size for Library I-Cards). 4. Original transfer certificate (for students from other Colleges). 5. Provisional Eligibility Certificate / Migration certificate (for students from other Universities). 6. Gap Certificate - in the form of an affidavit (for those students who have passed T.Y. in March/April 2016 or earlier). ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR RESERVED CATEGORY:- (SC/ST/NT/DT/OBC, Physically Handicapped, Ward of Freedom Fighters, etc.) i) One attested copy of Ration card. ii) Two attested copies of Income Certificate. iii) Two attested copies of Caste Certificate. iv) Two attested copies of Aadhar Card. v) Two attested copies of T.Y. One component will be the Internal Assessment component carrying 40% marks and the second component will be the Semester End Examination component carrying 60% marks. Internal Assessment: The Internal Assessment will consist of one class test of 40 marks for each course excluding projects. The question paper pattern will be shown as below:
