With Growing Reputation of IIM s in the world for management education and emergence of powerful alumni for IIM s in the Global Corporate sector made IIM s a destination to dream for all students aspiring for managerial studies in India. However, each IIM follows its own admission process, independent of the other IIMs.CAT is one of several inputs used by IIMs to judge the suitability of a candidate, first for group discussion and/or interview and then for final selection. The IIM, to which the candidate has applied, evaluates the candidate in each of a set of different areas of achievement, including CAT performance. Apart from the Indian Institutes of Management, over 50 other management institute use the CAT score for shorting candidates.

Probable Result Month - February/March Exam Fees :- 1000/- Nirma University, Institute of Management conducts an admission process for admission to its 3 years MBA Program (Part Time). NUIM Entrance Exam has no particular set of syllabus. Questions are asked to test the inclination of aspirant towards the career in management field.

3 RMAT Name of the entrance :- RMAT (Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- Management - MBA Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- The candidates must possess Graduate (10+2+3) degree or equivalent from any recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and Non creamy layer OBC candidates), without any approximation in the Graduate Examination Entrance Exams Date :- 1. Probable Result Month - July Exam Fees :- 1000/- RMAT is a common admission test is conducted for the students of Rajasthan Domicile for admission to the two year MBA course. The RMAT entrance exam will consist of 200 multiple choice questions with 4 alternative answers. Correct choice of answer is to be filled in the OMR sheet using Black Ball Point Pen. Duration of the test will be 150 minutes (2= Hours). There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

4 MPMET Name of the entrance :- MPMET (Madhya Pradesh Management Entrance Test) Stream and course :- Management Programme Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A candidate should have a bachelor/master degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Exam Month - March Exam Fees :- 500/- Prestige Institute of Management and Research, PIMR is considered as an unique growth oriented institute of management education and training launched with the sole objective of providing service to the educational and training needs of the students, non-resident Indians, defence personnel and executives both from industry and government. Exam Date - March Exam Fees :- 1250/- National Institute of Bank Management conducts an entrance process for admission to its two years Post Graduate Program in Banking and Finance (PGPBF). National Institute of Banking and Management was established by Reserve Bank of India in the year 1969 as an autonomous apex institution. NIBM is situated in Pune and is affiliated to Pune University and is recognized by Department of scientific and industrial research and ministry of science and technology, Government of India.

6 UBS ENTRANCE EXAM Name of the entrance :- UBS (University Business School) Entrance Exam Stream and course :- Management Program Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A recognized Bachelors/Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or a pass in the final examination conducted by ICAI/ICWI/ICSI or AMIE with 50% marks. Candidates appearing in final degree examination are eligible to apply and can take the test provisionally. Reservations as per approved norms of PU. Concession of 5% marks in the eligibility requirements of SC/ST candidates. 9 JBIMS Name of the entrance :- JBIMS (Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies Entrance Exam) Stream and course :- Post Graduate Management Programme Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- Bachelor's Degree with two Years Work Experience at Executive / Supervisory Level after Graduation. 10 JEMAT Name of the entrance :- JEMAT (Joint Entrance for Management Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- Post Graduate Management Programmes Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized institute. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply if there examination gets over before June 2011 and results get published by September, Entrance Exams Date :- 1. Declaration of Result - 3 rd week of March Exam Fees :- General candidates 800/- (SC/ST candidates 400/-) Link for Download/Website :- Joint Entrance for Management Aptitude Test JEMAT entrance exam is conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) for admission to MBA / MMA (or equivalent) programmes in institutions/colleges located in west Bengal. There are about 35 management institutes in West Bengal in which admission is through JEMAT entrance examination. Candidates have to first appear for a written test. Those candidates who clear the written test are called for Personal Interview and General Discussion after which the final selections are done.

11 JMET Name of the entrance :- JMET (Joint Management Entrance Test) Stream and course :- Post Graduation management courses Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- In order to be eligible for admission through JMET entrance exam a candidate should have an engineering degree or a Master's degree in Science with at least 60% aggregate though there is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates. Candidates in their final year can also apply for provisional admission subject to the completion of their qualifying degree. Entrance Exams Date :- 1. 13 KIITEE Name of the entrance :- KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Exam) Stream and course :- MBA (Rural Management) Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- To apply for KIIT Management a candidate must have a bachelor s degree or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. KIIT started as a small industrial training institute in 1992 and subsequently grew to be one of the largest universities in India with 15,500 students. There are a number of full time courses available in its 23 constituent schools. KIIT conducts KIITEE entrance exam for a number of courses including MBA. Other than regular MBA course it also provides MBA (Rural Management) Course.

K. J. 15 KSM ENTRANCE EXAM Name of the entrance :- KSM (Karunya School of Management Entrance Exam) Stream and course :- MBA Programs Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized institute/university with at least 60% aggregate marks. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply. Entrance Exams Date :- 1. Availability of Application Forms - last week of December 2. Karunya School of Management is part of Karunya University which was established in 1986 and got recognized as deemed to be University in 2004 by University Grants Commission. Candidates are shortlisted for MBA programmes of KSM on the basis of XAT/CAT/MAT/NAT or KMAT (Karunya Management Aptitude Test). Therefore for admission in MBA program of KSM candidates have to either appear for one of the mentioned MBA entrance examinations or KSM s KMAT. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of any of these entrance examinations have to appear in a Personal Interview and Group Discussion for final selection process.

16 LBSIM Name of the entrance :- LBSIM (Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management Entrance Exam) Stream and course :- PGPM (General) & PGPM (Finance) Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A candidate should have a bachelor s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation. Its PGPM (General) course has 120 seats while the PGDM (Finance) programme has 60 seats. LBSIM has also been approved by AICTE. Candidates are shortlisted for PG Management programmes of LBSIM on the basis of their CAT scores.

17 MAH CET Name of the entrance :- MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) Stream and course :- Post Graduation Management Degree Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- To apply for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET entrance examination a candidate must have a bachelor s degree with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for Maharashtra Backwards Classes). Those in the final year of their graduation can also apply. Entrance Exams Date :- 1. Availability of Application Forms - 3 rd week of January 2. Declaration of Result - 4 th week of March Exam Fees :- General candidates 1150/- (SC/ST/OBC/SBC candidates 950/-) Link for Download/Website :- Maharashtra - MBA / MMS - Common Entrance Test (MAH MBA/MMS CET) is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra for admission to post graduation management degree MBA/MMS and PGDBM/PGDM courses in Government, University Managed University Managed and Unaided Institutes of Maharashtra. Students from all over India can apply for MAH-CET entrance exam. MAH CET Entrance exam will be of 150 minutes duration consisting of 200 objective type questions. Questions will be from the following topics: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical / Abstract Reasoning. There is no negative marking.

18 AMU CAT Name of the entrance :- AMU CAT (Aligarh Muslim University Common Admission Test) Stream and course :- MBA (International Business)/PG Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance courses Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- To apply for AMU CAT entrance exam 2011 a candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Those in the final year of their graduation can also apply AMU CAT entrance examination. Entrance Exams Date :- 1. Availability of Application Forms - 2. 19 BMAT Name of the entrance :- BMAT (Business Management Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- MBA Programme Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- Candidates must have completed their graduation with at least 45% aggregate from a recognized Institute to be eligible. 5% relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates. 20 FMS ENTRANCE EXAM Name of the entrance :- FMS (Faculty of Management Studies) Entrance Exam Stream and course :- MBA Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- Candidates applying for admission to the first year of MBA (Full-Time) Programme must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor s Degree Programme after 12 years of formal schooling in any of the following disciplines. The minimum requisite percentage of marks in different disciplines is as follows :- Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences - 50% Sciences - 55% Mathematics or Statistics - 60% Medicine, Engineering or Technology - 60% / CGPA of at least 6.00 in a scale of Entrance Exams Date :- 1. 21 CMAT Name of the entrance :- CMAT (Calibre Management Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- Management Course Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- Bachelor's Degree with at least 40% Marks or equivalent is the minimum qualification required for CMAT entrance examination. Exam Date Last week of February Exam Fees :- 950/- CMAT entrance exam is actually a standard test to assess the general aptitude of candidates for admission to various Management Institutes in the country. Calibre Mind ware Programming Pvt. Ltd. is only conducting the test and has nothing to do with the admission process of the different management schools, which accept its scores.

22 HP CMAT Name of the entrance :- HP CMAT (Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- MBA Programme Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply. Also a candidate should not be more than 26 years of age as on 1st July, However there is a relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST candidates for age limit. Entrance Exams Date :- 1. 23 IBSAT Name of the entrance :- IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) Stream and course :- Post Graduate Mangement Programmes Eligibility of the Entrance Test :- Eligibility criteria for IBSAT require a candidate to be either a graduate or in final year of graduation with at least 50% marks in graduation. The candidates in their final year have to submit an application attested from the head of the institute in which the candidate is studying.
