2 OPEN ADMISSION NIIFT NIIFT is inviting applicants for open admission for eligible candidates for the courses having vacant seats on first come first serve basis. COURSES AVAILABLE FOR OPEN ADMISSION 1. M.Sc Garment Manufacturing Technology (Mohali) 2. M.Sc Fashion Marketing and Management, (Mohali) 3. B.Sc Fashion Design Knits, (Ludhiana) and 4. B.Sc Fashion Design (Ludhiana) LAST DATE TO APPLY COST OF THE FORM RS.200/- PER FORM (available from both the centres NIIFT Mohali and NIIFT Ludhiana ) REFUND OF FEE In the event a student sought admission through open admission and in case of withdrawal of his/her candidature,only if the seat consequently falling vacant gets filled by another new admission by the last date of admission, NIIFT should return the fees collected with proportionate deductions of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable. He / she must submit application to the college and a copy to The Registrar, IKGPTU, University and University shall only forward such cases to NIIFT. REFUND OF FEE AS UNDER WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION IN OPEN ADMISSION AS IT IS FOR CANDIDATES APPEARED IN COUNSELLING In case a student surrenders his / her seat within 7 days of the end of his/her counselling, he / she must submit application to the college and a copy to The Registrar, IKGPTU, University and University shall only forward such cases to NIIFT and NIIFT will refund his / her full fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/- and admission processing fee of RS.2000/-.In the event of a student/ candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course.the entire fees collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) and admission processing fee shall be refunded and returned by the NIIFT to the candidate withdrawing from the programme if the seat vacated by him is filled by new admission. It would not be permissible for NIIFT to retain the school/institutes leaving certificates in original. In the event a student leaves after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant gets filled by another new admission by the last date of admission, NIIFT should return the fees collected with proportionate deductions of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable.

3 Candidates applying for open admission are required to bring their original document as under:- 1. DOB certificate 2., 10 th Result, th Result, 4. Graduation Mark sheet and Degree( for candidates applying for Post graduate courses ) 5. Migration Certificate 6. Medical certificate, 7. affidavit case of gap in studies, in original 8. and two photographs. Seats will be booked on payment of fee amounting to Rs.68900/- per semester through demand draft only in favour of NIIFT Mohali, payable at SAS Nagar / Chandigarh.

I confirm and state that I have undergone the admission formalities as laid down on official website of NIIFT and the guidelines of admission for open admission. The original Certificates and Mark sheet of 10+2 / BE/ B.Tech. / Qualifying Graduation examination, Date of birth certificate, Domicile certificate for Punjab students.
