1 REG/ACA/ DATE: PG - MEDICAL ADMISSION FOR UNFILLED GENERAL (MGMT) & NRI SEATS (Subject to change based on directions of Court or authorities) As per NOTICE dated and directions of MCC of DGHS regarding conduct of Stray Vacancy round counseling, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru, invites your kind attention to the Institutional offline mop-up round of counseling to admit vacant seats in PG Medical (MD/MS/ PG Diploma) programs offered by JSS Medical College, Mysuru, after the Mop-Up round counseling conducted by the Central Counseling Authority, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). The counseling will be conducted as per their instructions. Candidates attending counseling should satisfy the eligibility requirement as per the NEET PG Information Brochure 2018 and MCC of DGHS and also the minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. # The candidates who are claiming to be eligible for admission under NRI quota, has to fulfill the eligibility criteria, as per the directions/orders of the Hon ble Supreme court of India in the case W.P (C) no. 689/2017 Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Anr. Vs Union of India & Ors dated and also fulfill the eligibility criteria, procedures, guidelines and directions of MCC of DGHS NOTICE dated and Please refer notice of MCC dated and in their website. The NRI Institutional offline mop-up round of counseling will be conducted as per the instructions of MCC of DGHS.

3 Counseling Procedure: A) Come prepared for Counseling: The following original documents are to be submitted for verification during Counseling: 1. Aadhar Card of the student 2. NEET (PG) 2018 Admit card 3. NEET (PG) 2018 Rank card 4. SSLC or 10th Standard Marks Card (For date of birth) or equivalent certificate in Original + 3 copies 5. 12th standard marks card in Original + 3 copies 6. Marks cards of all the years / phases of MBBS - Original + 3 copies 7. Certificate of completion of compulsory rotatory internship 8. Qualifying degree certificate. (PDC will be accepted only for candidates who have passed MBBS in 2017) 9. State/ Central Medical Council Registration Certificate. (Candidates who have obtained their Primary Medical Qualification outside India and do not have SMC / MCI registration should bring their original screening test pass certificate issued by NBE). Permanent State / Central Medical Council Registration Certificate to be compulsorily submitted at the time of admission process 10. State/ Central Medical Council Registration Certificate. (Candidates who have obtained their Primary Medical Qualification outside India and do not have SMC / MCI registration should bring their original screening test pass certificate issued by NBE). Candidates selected for study in JSS Medical College and having registration in their respective SMC will have to compulsorily register in Karnataka Medical Council, Bangalore for the period of study. 12. Provisional registration certificate will be accepted only for document verification in case a candidate has passed MBBS during (Prior to 2016, candidates should compulsorily produce the Permanent Registration certificate) 13. Conduct/Character certificate from the head of medical college from which candidate has graduated 14. Migration certificate - Original + 3 copies 15. Fees: As applicable for the programme (Refer Mode of Payment) 16. Copy of PAN CARD (Parent & Candidate) 17. Copy of Aadhar Card of Parent passport size and 8 stamp size photos 19. BOND - As per format furnished in MCC/JSSDU website

4 In addition to the above, the NRI Applicants will have to submit the following additional documents. 1. Relationship Certificate including first degree relationship. 2. In case of Sponsorship, Sponsorship affidavit (legalized/notarized) from the sponsor-er clearly stating the declaration for sponsoring the entire fees for the whole post graduate course. 3. Documents in respect of the sponsor being NRI. 4. Sponsor s passport/visa/resident VISA 5. Citizenship of the candidate if holding OCI/PIO document 6. Income Tax Documents required as per the Income Tax Act 1961 of the sponsor-er 7. If the qualifying examination is other than that conducted in India, candidate should qualify NBE screening test and should have registered in Medical Council of India. IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be verification of the NEET PG All India Rank submitted by the candidate with the information available in the NBE/MCC website. Such of those candidates whose NEET PG 2018 All India rank does not match with the information in the NBE/MCC website will be disqualified from the counseling process. B) On the day of Counseling: The physical presence of the candidate at the counseling is mandatory. Only the candidate & one parent will be allowed into the counseling hall. Candidate should sign the attendance register to mark their presence and fill the registration form available at the registration counter. Candidates will be called as per their NEET PG All India Rank 2018 for document verification. Successful candidates will be allotted seats according to their All India NEET PG 2018 rank and number of seats available. Such candidates should produce their original documents for verification and pay the first year fees at the time of counseling. JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research will not entertain any requests for extension in this regard. The option exercised by you with regard to selection of the course of study at the time of counseling will be final. Absence of the candidate at the indicated reporting time and date will result in the instantaneous forfeiture of any claim for a seat. The choice of course made by the candidate is final and binding and cannot be altered later under any circumstances. C) After Admission: Admission order/provisional Admission Order and receipt/s for the payment made will be given to the candidate on completion of the admission process. Candidates should report to the allotted college on or before the reporting date mentioned in the admission order.

The payment can also be made by transfer of equivalent Indian Rupees from the NRE account of the parent/guardian/sponsor-er. However, this should be supported by a letter from the Banker stating that the amount is from the NRE account. IMPORTANT NOTE: Part payment or payment in installment is not permitted. Non-payment of the first year fees on the day of counseling will result in instantaneous forfeiture of seat. WARNING Applicants are warned against possible cheating by unscrupulous agencies that may put out misleading advertisements in newspapers or approach by other means, promising and assuring seats for various courses for monetary considerations or by extracting large sum of money from candidates / parents. The Deemed to be University wishes to authoritatively refute all such misleading false claims and advertisements. We have no agents or middlemen for admissions. All admissions are subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions by the candidate. If it is found at a later stage, during active verification, that the candidate has given false information/certificate or is found to have concealed some information his/her admission will be cancelled without any notice.
