Based on your rank in IIT-JEE Adv ance 2013, it is our pleasure to offer you admission to, starting August Branch has been allotted based upon a candidate s JEE-Advanced Rank and his/he r preferences of branch. If the 1 st choice is not available at JEE-Advanced Ranking of a candidate, then his/her second choice has been allotted if a second choice was given. Regarding commencement of the academic session the schedule is as follows: and hostel allotment: 4 th August 2013, Sunday Classes commence: 5 th August 2013, Monday Note: If any information provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect, the admission offered can be withdrawn at any point of time. Chairman of Admission process For registration of admissi on, you are requested to re port at Rae Bareli on 4 th August 2013 at 9.30 A.M. at the address given below where the hostel facilities for the students have been arranged (No candidate to report befor e this date). Hostel room alloc ation will be done after the registration process is over. Address Hostel and Mess Premises Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) Township Doorbhash Nagar, Rae Bareli Uttar Pradesh (Entry to ITI from Lucknow-Allahabad Highway) For completing the registration process, students hav e to bring along with them the following documents in original and one self attested copy of each; 1. IIT-JEE Advance Result and Admit card 1

2 2. Class X and XII mark sheets along with the attested copies which will be retained after verification with the original. 3. Duly signed Anti Ragging declaration form ( 4.Class X Board certificate for age proof. 5. Medical examination report from a registered medical practitioner. ( 6. Valid caste certificate as per central list for OBC (non-creamy layer), SC,ST candidates. 7. Four copies of recent passport size colored photograph. Please note that no other person or parents or relatives are required to be present for the registration proc ess. No guest hous e a ccommodation will be available to the accompanying people. Also note that reserves the right to withdraw admission at any stage in cas e a candidat e fails to produce the above mentioned document s/ certificates or if it is found at any time that any information provided by you is incorrect, your admission is liable to be canceled at any time of your stay in the. 8. Expenses Students have to bear all expenses for their journey to Rae Bar eli and during stay in hostel for their personal care, beverages, m edicines etc. will only arrange caterer for serving daily standard meals and breakfast to the students. Laptop students should buy their own computer /laptop which will facilitate the learning process. Candidates are also required to bring scientific calculator. How to reach Rae Bareli? Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh is located on the Luc know-allahabad railway route of Northern Railway. One can reach Luck now/allahabad/varanasi/delhi from different parts of the country and then take either rail way route or road ways to reach Rae Bareli. There are regular bus services to Rae Bareli from Alamabagh bus stand at Lucknow (U. P.) State Road Transport Corpor ation buses are also av ailable from Allahabad, Kanpur and Varanasi to Rae Bareli. Hostel facilities Hostels are situated in the township of Indian Telephone indus tries (ITI), Doorbhashnagar, which is approximately 4 kms from Train/Bus station. 2

3 There is a separate hostel building for the girl students. The stude nts will b e provided rooms on s haring basis, the basic facilities with ce iling fans and light fittings, the furn iture in the hostel rooms co mprised of bed, t able, chair and cupboard. Students should br ing all that they require for their personal us e including mattress, pillows, li nen, dresses, toiletries, locks with the two keys for room, alarm watch, torch light, umbrella, etc. Please note that the warm clothing and blanket are required from November onward. Hostel room allocation will be done on 4 th August 2013 after the registration process is over. Allocation of rooms in hostel will be at random basis and will n ot entertain any requests/preferences in th is regard. Please not e that staying in the hostel is compulsory for all students. Also note that no parents/guar dians/guests will b e allowed to stay in the hostel. Ragging As per the order of H on ble Supreme Court of India, ragg ing of students is not allowed. Students are advised not to i ndulge in ragging in any m anner whatsoever. Those who offend will be liab le for severe discip linary action including lodging of FIR with loca l police and cancellation of their admission.
