7 FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION Ø Biggest Accomplishments Identification of overall milestones Development of a cross walk of process/people between the campuses Establishment of an initial budget (for HLC) and analysis of budget available Visits to campuses to have conversations with employees Established participation in certain campus committees (UW-Baraboo/Sauk County and UW-Richland campus commissions)
8 FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION Ø Biggest Challenges Lack of cross-team coordination to ensure we have an integrated timeline Overall conflicting priorities for team members (collaborative integration, budget changes, pay plan, etc.) Lack of definitive direction in certain areas such as the direction of centralized/shared services Available dollars to accomplish needed investments (including hiring decisions and overall organization structure) Ability to manage any loss of key resources on the campuses, in the region or centralized services

11 STUDENT SUCCESS Ø Biggest Accomplishments 48 people currently working on 12 teams focused on student success Established productive working relationships and identified areas of concern Planned student governance implementation along with combined student activities and events Shared ideas and resources for academic coaching, financial literacy education, counseling, learning centers, early college credit, and disability services Identified collaborative opportunities in residence life, student affairs, career and professional development, student organizations, and academic advising

13 RECRUITMENT AND ADMISSION Ø Biggest Accomplishments Interim Admission Advisor for UW-Baraboo/Sauk County and UW-Richland in place UW-Platteville presence at UW-Baraboo/Sauk County and UW-Richland events Timeline in place to receive fall 2019 prospect data from UW-Colleges Recruitment and marketing plans for branch campuses for fall 2019 in development
