The fee particulars are as follows: 1 For full Diploma Course Rs.1500/- 2 For two or more subjects Rs.750/- 3 Single subject Rs.400/- (Theory and Practical of the same subject will be treated as One (1) Subject) The Designated Medical College Examination Centre shall receive the filled-in application forms of the candidates through the institutions at the stipulated time. After thorough scrutiny of the particulars written in the filled-in application form by the examination centre, Hall Tickets may be issued to the institutions with the signature of the Centre Coordinator and those applications must be sent to the A.P.Paramedical Board, Hyderabad. The Designated Medical Colleges as Examination Centers (DMCE s) may collect Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) from the applicant for each filled-in application towards (a) Stationery, Postage, Photostat copies, (b) Other incidentals viz., TA, DA to the persons who carry exam material, (c) Remuneration to the Clerk / In-Charge in the section concerned who attends the Examination Rs.50/- per each application. 6 Instructions to the Chief Coordinators of the Examination Centers *** The Application form for Examination and other details are available in Website and the address of the Secretary, A.P. Paramedical Board is All the Chief Coordinators of the Examination Centres are requested to: 1. Ensure copy of the approved list of selected candidates as acknowledged by the A.P.Paramedical Board is enclosed by the Institute concerned. 2. Scrutinize the application forms as per the application format already sent and placed in the official website of the AP Para Medical Board. 3. Check whether a copy of the previous hall ticket along with the application form is enclosed in case of supplementary candidates. 4. Verify whether the candidate has paid the exact examination fees, as required, if the consolidated amount is correct is paid please verify with reference to total number of candidates. 5. Ensure that the Application consists of the signature of the candidate, and Principal of the Paramedical Institute. 6. Sign all the three (3) copies of hall ticket sheets and affix the seal of the examination centre. After approval by the Secretary, APPMB please issue first copy to the Student, retain the second copy with the examination centre and send the third copy along with application form to the A.P.Paramedical Board, Hyderabad. 7. Conduct Practical Examinations and complete them as per the time table. If the practical examinations are postponed, please inform the further date of the practicals to the Students well in advance. Any misbehavior by the candidate in the examination hall may be dealt with seriously. 8. Each theory paper: 100marks (i.e., question paper for 80 marks + 20 internal marks). Practical examination for 60 marks (i.e., two experiments 15marks each + + spotters@10marks). 9. Inform the name, contact phone number, address of the Chief Co-ordinator of Examinations to the A P Para Medical Board, Hyderabad (telephone or secyappmb@gmail.com). Address all the correspondence to the Secretary, AP Para Medical Board, Hyderabad and contact for any clarification over mobile: CHECK LIST FOR ENCLOSURES: 1. Copy of approved list of selected candidates issued by the DM&HO and acknowledged by the Secretary, AP Paramedical Board, Hyderabad. 2. Internal Assessment marks duly signed by the Principal of the Institution concerned. 3. Receipt issued by the Bank showing the payment of examination fee in the name of Secretary, A.P.Paramedical Board, Hyderabad Account Number No of Andhra Bank, Kendriya Sadan Branch, Koti, Hyderabad through online from any branch of Andhra Bank. 4. Copy of the previous Hall Ticket (for supplementary candidates). 5. Signature of the candidate in the Application Form and Hall Ticket Form (three copies) along with the signature and seal of both the Principal of the institution and the Chief Co-ordinator of the Examination centre. 6. 8 INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE 1) Shall not be allowed to the Examination Hall without the Hall Ticket. 2) Write only the Hall Ticket Number on the answer scripts and not the name. 3) Shall not write anything either on the Hall Ticket or on question paper. 4) Shall report in the examination hall 15 Minutes before commencement of the examination. 5) Shall not be allowed into the Examination Hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination 6) Shall not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the completion of 2½ hours of the commencement of Examination. Once the candidate leaves the Examination Hall, candidate shall not be allowed again to the examination Hall under any circumstances. 7) Shall bring pen, pencil, eraser, color pencils/sketch pens, scales.etc., 8) Shall produce the practical record book duly signed by the authorities at the time of Practical Examination. 9) Shall write the details of the examination in the first page of the Answer Script neatly, properly & completely. 10) Shall write the hall ticket number completely, correctly and clearly to avoid the devaluation of the paper. 11) Shall not write requests /unknown language for pass marks in the answer script to avoid disqualification. 12) Shall not bring any written/printed material or cell phone to the Examination Hall 13) Shall follow the instructions mentioned above carefully and in case of any violation, the candidate will be debarred from the Examination. 14) Answer Script is provided with 20 pages and therefore no additional answer sheets will be provided. NB: The Hall Ticket is issued provisionally. If any information furnished by the candidate is found incorrect at a later date, the examination of the candidate automatically stands cancelled. If impersonation or fraud is detected during and subsequent to the examination by the authorities, the candidature is liable for punishment. Secretary, APPMB
