The college offers five years course in dentistry and students are conferred the BDS degree Bachelor in Dental sciences at the end of five years.the college has very ambitious plan of starting post graduate programs by next year. A culmination of good faculty, efficient management & the aspiring location, Makes YDCH an ideal place for aspiring dentist to excel in their pursuit.

14 The candidate may be an Indian National / NRI / Foreign National. The candidate is required to produce proof in support of his/her Nationality from a District Magistrate, Additional Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate, School Leaving certificate of HSC/12th Std indicating the nationality of the candidate as Indian or Valid Passport also shall be considered as sufficient proof of Nationality. For Admissions to MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing the candidate must be born on or before 31ST December 1997 to be eligible to appear for Asso- CET A candidate belonging to open category must have obtained not less than 50% Marks & A Candidates belonging to Reserved Category must have obtained not less than 40% Marks Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject taken together at the HSC (or Equivalent) Examination.

15 Reservation of Seats for SC/ST/OBC/VJ/NT1/NT2/NT3 will be as per Government notification No MED/- 2006/1196/CR206/06 Edu-1(2) dated 24/06/2006. Candidate belonging to Reserved Category will be required to submit the caste certificate and the caste/tribe validity certificate from the appropriate authorities of the Government ofmaharashtra.

16 The candidate will receive the mark sheet by speed post within two weeks from declaration of final result. The mark sheets will contain details regarding marks obtained by the candidate and their merit ranking. Duplicate Mark Sheet: In case of loss of original Asso-CET 2014 Mark Sheet, a duplicate Mark Sheet can be obtained on making an application on plain paper to the Competent Authority, AMUPMDC along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favour of AMUPMDC and payable at Mumbai.

17 Filling Up Preference Form Admissions to the Health Science Courses for the first year for the academic year will be done by filling up the Preference Form online. The Preference filledby the Candidate will be centrally processed by computer on the basis of merit cum preference and list of selected candidates will be declared on the Official Website of AMUPMDC ( Candidates selected should report to the allotted College/Course within the stipulated time. List of College and their Code Numbers will be displayed on website from 1 st July 2014.

18 Required Documents Candidates as per the allotment should report along with all Original Certificates and a set of attested photocopies of each document at the allotted College as per the schedule. All Original Certificates will be verified by the allotted College before finalizing the admission. Certificates & documents should be submitted as per the list given below: Asso-CET 2014 Mark Sheet. Nationality Certificate or Valid Passport. Proof of Age (SSC Passing Certificate). Statement of Marks obtained in the HSC or equivalent examination. Passing Certificate of HSC or equivalent. Last School/College Leaving Certificate. Medical Fitness Certificate as per Annexure - G. Caste Certificate Caste Validity and non-creamylayer issued by appropriate authorities of the Govt. of Maharashtra where applicable
