3 The deadline for abstract is 9 th April 2018 : should not exceed 300 words Acceptance of the abstract would be intimated in 3 clear days. Deadline for submissions of full paper is 16 th April. should indicate: 1. Title of Paper 2. Authors /Presenter s brief details, name, current designation, organization, contact details, E mail & mobile phone, educational qualification, professional status and experience in 100 words only. The accepted papers would be given 10 minutes time, may be less but not more. Fee is chargeable even for the paper presenters. If papers are not accepted still the candidate is permitted to participate. Guidelines for Abstract and Final Paper Submission: 1. The paper should consist of not more than 5000 words, inclusive of footnotes. 2. Font Times New Roman ; Size 12 for Text, 10 for footnotes 3. Line spacing 1.5 for text and single for footnotes 4. 4 Travel: Bharatpur is on the main Delhi Bombay Rail route after Mathura. Also on main Rail route of Jodhpur Howrah, Bikaner Howrah, Udaipur-Bharatpur, Gwalior- Bharatpur and is about 48 Kms from Agra and catered by Jaipur Airport (180 Kms) or Delhi Airport (200 Km). The interested candidates should arrange their travel expenses through their own institutions /organizations. Foreign participants spending their own travel expenses may be exempted from payment of registration charges but shall pay for accommodation.
