6 Participation Package: The event will be for two days. First day will be Consultants & Institutes Meet and is open for all Institutes and second day will be Education Fair for Management, Fashion / Animation Institutes. Institute have an option to participate for both the days or for a single day. Option - I ( First Day ) One Information Desk consisting of one table, two chairs for participants & two chairs for guests. Complete details about your institute along with your business card would be provided to the visitors with the welcome kit that they receive during registration. The visitors would be educational consultants, Admission counselors or Entrepreneurs who are looking to choose educational consultancy as a career. Tea and Snacks will be served at regular interval. Complimentary lunch for two persons. Option - II ( Second Day ) One Information Desk consisting of one table, two chairs for participants & three chairs for Parent & Students. 7 How to participate In order to book space in event please follow the steps below: Step 1 - Fill the registration form accompanying this brochure. Step 2 - Make a 50% payment of the package you decide to pick in. Step 3 -Mail the registration form duly signed and stamped along with the cheque / DD to Empyreal. Step 4 - Ensure the remaining amount is paid by the 10th of January All payments to be made in favour of Empyreal, payable at Guwahati. Please note that space will not be handed over under any circumstances till the entire payment is made. Accommodation We have worked out various tariff packages with selected hotels at Guwahati. The detailed list of hotels will be sent to your after confirmation of your participation. Payments have to be made directly by you to the hotels. Transportation We will be glad to provide transportation assistance to and from the Airport / Station to Hotel and Hotel to event venue once you put in a request for it.
