2 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR BDMI STUDENTS (PROVISIONAL ADMISSION) Dates for Registration- 18/12/2017 to 22/12/2017 on payment of Rs 1000/- (One thousand only).forms will be distributed in class. Admission Forms duly filled up should be submitted between 8/01/2018(Monday) to 13/01/2018(Saturday) to the Class Teacher. Stream allotted will be on the basis of performance in Class X(till date). Admission Form to be checked by In-Charge Date- 16/01/2018, 17/01/2018, 18/01/2018, 19/01/2018. Time: 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Admission Fees to be paid in the school fees counter after admission form is checked by the In-charge on above mentioned dates. Mode of Payment- Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of B.D.M INTERNATIONAL payable at Kolkata. **Cash will also be accepted. Dates for payment of fees: 16/01/2018, 17/01/2018, 18/01/2018, 19/01/2018. **Fees once paid is not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Dates for Registration- 18/12/2017 to 22/12/2017 on payment of Rs 1000/- (One thousand only). Time: 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM Admission Test for students opting for i) Science Stream. ii) Commerce/ FMM with Maths. iii) Humanities with Maths No Admission Test for students for the following combination- 1) English, Bengali/Hindi, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship. 2) English, Bengali/Hindi, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Informatics Practices. 3) English, Bengali/Hindi, Geography, Political Science, Sociology/Economics, History/Mass Media Studies. 4) English, Accountancy, Foundation of Financial Markets, Mutual Funds,Business Studies/Economics, Entrepreneurship. Admission Form duly filled up to be checked by In-Charge (for No Admission Test students) Date- 29/01/2018, 30/01/2018, 31/01/2018. Time: 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Documents to be submitted along with admission form- 1) Class IX Annual Examination Report Card. 2) Class X Term I Report Card/Pre Board Result. 3) Attested Birth Certificate. 4) Candidate must be present during form checking. 5) Aadhar card of parents and student(photo copy) Admission Fees to be paid in the school fees counter. Date: 15/01/2018 Time: 09:00 am to 11:00 am Result will be declared on 29/01/2018. Documents during Admission Test:- a. Photocopy of Pre-Board result/ Term-I Report Card mentioning the Form number. b. Registration Slip during Admission Test. c. Please mention Form No in Answer Sheet.
