FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS/BDS COURSES FOR 15% SEATS UNDER NRI SEATS 1. Application for admission is to be submitted on prescribed Proforma online by 2.30 P.M. on on the University Website alongwith processing fee of US $ 100 (or an equivalent amount in rupees) drawn in the name of the Registrar, MM University, Mullana-Ambala payable at Ambala. 2 The candidates have to produce all the original documents including Matric and +2 Certificates at the time of counselling along with their attested copies, NEET-2016 admit card, Rank Card and ID Proof, Valid Passport/Visa and equivalent certificate issued by AIU, New Delhi if qualifying examination passed other than Indian Board/ University. 3 All the admissions will be provisional i.e. subject to their final registration with the M.M. University after completing necessary requirements as per rules/ordinance of the University. 4. The University has the right to change the dates of admission process/counselling on account of some unavoidable circumstances. 5 The selection for admission will be treated as cancelled, if the selected candidate does not join the Institute on the stipulated date fixed by the Counselling Board. 6 Undertaking against ragging (to be submitted at the time of counselling). Migration Certificate can be submitted within 15 days of admission. 7 The University has appointed the following Grievance Committee, which will examine/decide objections, if any, received from the 1

Subject to availability of hostel accommodation on first come first served basis, every student admitted to the course will have to reside in the Hostel of the Institute for which Hostel charges will be extra. 9. (ii) BDS course is of five years duration including compulsory rotatory internship of one year. 11. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS: i. The Candidate should have fulfilled eligibility conditions as mentioned in the Prospectus of NEET-I/NEET-II-2016 issued by CBSE. ii. The candidate will attain the age of 17 year or more on

They must have passed the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination as equivalent thereto with five subjects from any recognized Board/University with atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together and must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying examination. iv. The Candidate should be NRI or Son/Daughter/Ward of NRI, An affidavit to be submitted by the parents/relatives of the candidate mentioning relation with the candidate and under taking for payment of fees in this regard alongwith the application. v. The Candidate who have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) or equivalent examination) from other than Indian Board will have to submit the equivalence certificate issued by AIU, New Delhi. 12. METHOD OF SELECTION AND ADMISSION: The admission to MBBS/BDS course will be made on the basis of all India merit of NEET-I/NEET-II Note: If two or more candidates secure identical marks in the Entrance Test, their relative merit will be determined by the total marks obtained by them in +2 examination. In case the marks in +2 examination are also identical, the candidate older in age will be preferred. (I) COUNSELLING: The schedule of counselling will be notified on the website of the University separately. (II) METHOD OF ADMISSION: (ii) (i) The candidates will be required to exercise their choice for the Institution and the course at the time of counselling. The allotment of the seats shall be made according to merit and preference exercised by the candidate at the time of Counselling. If a candidate opts for a course and Institution before the counselling Board and fails to join the concerned course/college, his/her candidature will stand cancelled and such candidate will not be allowed to exercise his/her option at the next counselling. The candidates who fail to attend the Medical Examination on the notified date(s) will forfeit the claim for admission and placement in the waiting list in order of merit. 3

4 (iii) As decided by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India in terms of decision of the Hon ble Supreme Court of India, the Admission in all the Institutions will be completed in case of MBBS by 30 th sept and in case of BDS by15 th September 2016) 13.
