With reference to the first round of counselling held w.e.f to in the University Auditorium, Summer Hill, Shimla-5, I am directed to inform you that the following candidates (college-wise as well as category-wise) have been recommended by the Counselling Committee in order of merit-cum-choice of the Colleges on the basis of merit drawn by the University of the qualified candidates of the state merit and All India merit of under State/ Management Quota for provisional admission to BDS courses for the academic session in the respective colleges as per distribution of recognized seats given in the prospectus. However, the recommendations of the candidates for admission to the aforesaid course is provisional and subject to removal of discrepancy(ies), if any, as pointed out at the time of counselling by the Counselling Committee which have been marked on the counselling forms as well as intimated to the candidate(s) concerned. The admission is further subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria and medical fitness as well as completion of all pre-admission requirements of the prospectus. The original application Form along with relevant documents of each candidates recommended for admission under reference are sent herewith for your ready reference and record. The Academic Session shall start from 1st September, 2014 as per schedule of MCI/DCI. 4

The candidates who do not report for admission on the due date as mentioned above, necessary intimation to this effect along with category-wise list of the candidates so admitted may kindly be sent to this office immediately after for filling up the vacant seats from the waiting list well in time. 5. It may kindly be ensured that before admitting the candidates, the final eligibility of each candidate must be checked/verified strictly as per provisions IV.(A) 1 to 4 at pages of the prospectus and the discrepancy(ies) so pointed out by the Counselling Committee during the course of counselling should have also been settled. The H.P. Boanfide/domicile and other reserved categories certificate(s) as well as attested photo-copies of relevant documents wherever required as per provisions of the prospectus may also be obtained from the concerned candidates. The photograph of the candidates may also be verified/matched as per record before admitting the candidates. 6. The candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination other than Board of School Education, Dharamshala/ CBSE/ICSE, the equivalence certificates to this effect may be obtained from such candidates.
