This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda. I. Call to Order A. Roll Call Mr. Biggs, Dr. Crumbaker, Mrs. Hamblin, Mrs. Strickland Mrs. Turpin. B. Welcome to Visitors and Public Participation (Visitors will be permitted to speak for three (3) minutes maximum) This concludes the end of visitor and public participation for this Board of Education meeting. II. Approval of Agenda

Approval of Minutes It is recommended that the Board approve the minutes as presented: July 16, 2015 Regular Meeting b. Approval of Financial Report It is recommended that the board approve the financial report for the month ending July 31, c. Approval of Service Contract with Preble County Education Service Center It is recommended that the board enter into a professional development consortium contract with Preble County Educational Service Center for a total cost of $2, for the school year. d. OSBA Annual Business Meeting Approval of the delegate and the alternate to the 2015 OSBA Annual Business Meeting on November 9, It is recommended that the board approve delegate and as alternate to the 2015 OSBA Annual Business Meeting. Classified Contract Amendment It is recommended that the board approve the amendment of Allison Myers continuing food service contract from food service worker, 2.5 hours per day at West Elkton Intermediate to food service head cook at Camden Primary, salary step 0, head cook, 180 workdays per year, 7 hours per day, 10 paid holidays. c.
