2 APPLICATION PROCESS Christian Life College welcomes applications from persons seeking a Christian education in a Spirit-filled, strong academic environment. CLC graduates are found in a variety of active ministries. Students come to CLC not only for an education, but also for ministry preparation. APPLICATION PROCESS To apply for admission to Christian Life College, each applicant must submit to the Admissions Office the following items: 1. Applicantion for Admission 2. Transcripts of all high school and/or college credits or GED scores. Applicants who have been home schooled must submit a document from a recognized educational agency. 3. Recommended A.C.T. or S.A.T. scores - Scores may be used for counseling, guidance and placement in specific courses. 4. Pastoral Reference Form - This must be completed by one of the pastors in the local church who has known the applicant at least six months and is not a relative. 5. Two (2) personal references from individuals not related to the applicant. 6. A written testimony including reasons why the applicant would like to attend Christian Life College. 7. Personal photograph (optional). 8. $40 (U.S. Citizens) non-refundable/application fee. Credentials and all materials submitted to the college become the property of Christian Life College and will not be returned to the applicant. Application Deadline: U.S. Citizens: Open Admission until Semester begins International Students: July 1 for Fall Semester only $250 Housing Deposit Deadline (all students): Fall Semester: July 1 Spring Semester: December 1 INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Christian Life College has been approved by the Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service for the educating of international students. International students are invited to apply for admission to the college by following these procedures: 1. Consult the nearest American consulate regarding study in the United States. 2. Submit a complete application for admission - along with a non-refundable $250 application fee. 3. Complete and submite the INS I-134 Form (Affidavit of Support) or a letter of guarantee from a person or agency for financial support. 4. All education transcripts must be in English or payment for translation and evaluation made. 5. Proficiency in written and spoken English is REQUIRED (TOEFL Scores). 6. Prospective students should send all application materials before July Letter of Acceptance and I-20 issued to applicant. 8. An international student who holds an F-1 Student Visa is required to carry a full course of study (12 credit hours). APPLICATION & HOUSING DEADLINES Early application to CLC is always advisable. If you are a high school student, you may submit your application at the end of your junior year. International applications should plan to commence studies in the fall semester only.
