1 UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HP UNIVERSITY SHIMLA UPDATED-REVISED-RESHUFFLED MERIT LIST-2 The First list of candidates eligible for admission to B. Tech. (IT/CSE) was displayed on 7 th July-2016 on UIIT websites. But, some of the candidates couldn t deposit the requisite admission fee within stipulated time. Therefore some of the candidates (who either didn t deposit the admission fee or whose fee details couldn t be verified) listed in first merit list have been deleted from the list and revised reshuffled and updated merit list is given in the table below. Those candidates, who are labelled with Remarks NEW ADMISSION, are supposed to deposit the requisite fee mentioned in fee structure provided at the end. The last date of submission of the requisite fee is , failing which the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in merit/waiting list. Note: 1. Mode of fee payment and related process is mentioned at the end. 2. If seats fall vacant in future then reshuffling of the admitted candidates (only those who submit the requisite fee) from the course of the Second preference to the First preference will be done in the order of merit. 3. Candidates are advised to visit UIIT website regularly for necessary updates regarding reshuffling and revised merit lists to be uploaded time to time. No communication what so ever will be done with the candidates in this regard and candidate himself/ herself will be responsible for lack of knowledge of updates and selection. 4. Only those candidates will be shifted from the course of second preference to the course of first preference who submit requisite fee for admission in the course of second preference, failing which the candidature will stand cancelled for admission against any branch. 5.
