NO: 227/2017, Dated: Published in The Tribune and Ajit IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADHOC APPOINTMENTS OF ASSISTANT PROFESSORS/LECTURERS Last date of submission of Application: Phone No: , Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Working Days) 1. Interview schedule can be checked on the website on 8 th June, Interviews will start from10 th June, The above Adhoc/Part-Time Posts are upto 31 st March, 2018 or end of the Academic Session ( ). 3. The Number of posts may vary according to the workload. 4. The candidates with more than 50% marks in Graduation and 55% in Post Graduation are eligible for the above posts. 5. For Collegiate Schools, the candidate must have more than 55% marks in Post Graduation in the relevant subject and more than 50% marks in B.Ed. 6. The candidates must possess the final result of Post Graduation in hand at the time of interview. Candidates whose Post Graduation result is awaited will be not eligible. 7. If the number of candidates is more, written test may be held before the interview. 8. The application form may be sent to the Directorate of Education, SGPC, Panth Ratan Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Tohra Institute of Advanced Studies in Sikhism, Bahadurgarh, Patiala with Testimonials along with bank demand draft (of any Bank) of Rs. 300/- in favour of Director Education, SGPC, payable at Chandigarh. The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances (incomplete application, wrong post or college applied for, application received after last date, if candidate failed to attended the interview etc.) 9. The application form should not be folded and should clearly mention the subject and college applied for. 10. Candidates should send their application in an envelope meant for A4 size paper and should clearly mention the subject and college applied for on the top right side of envelope. 11. Separate Application Form and Bank Draft is required if a candidate applies for more than one college. 12. Candidates should clearly mention their names, address and post applied for at the back of the Demand Draft. 13. Incomplete application form will be rejected. 14. The candidates must have passed Punjabi upto Matric level for colleges situated in Punjab. 15. Women candidates will be preferred for the posts in Girls Colleges. Cont...

The candidates are advised to re-check the Interview Schedule one day before the given date as under unavoidable circumstances the interview schedule may be changed. 18. No TA/DA will be paid. 19.
