The aim of the conference is to foster development of health psychology in India. It will provide great opportunity for health psychologists, medical/health care professionals, social scientists, educationists and researchers to learn and exchange their views and experiences. The conference is a multi-disciplinary event whereby scholars working on various aspects of health psychology and human wellbeing are invited to come together to present, discuss and exchange ideas to foster inter-disciplinary collaborative projects. 3 Scientific Program The scientific program will comprise of keynote address, guest lectures, symposia, panel discussion, paper presentation, poster presentation and workshop. Call for papers and Format of paper submission: Scholars interested in presenting research papers on the theme of the conference are required to submit their abstract in soft copy by to before 10 th November, The abstract of paper should not exceed 250 words; typed on A4 size paper in double space. The abstract must include Title, Authors, Institutional affiliation and . 4 IAHP Awards 2018: Professor Manju Thakur Memorial Award: This award is instituted by Dr. Archana Thakur, Joint Secretary, U.G.C. in memory of her mother to be conferred at the Annual Conference of IAHP to an eminent scholar for delivering a special lecture on any contemporary issue of Health and well-being. Young Scientist Award A special session for young scientist award 2018 will be organized for young researchers and scholars (age up to 35 years as on 10 th November, 2018). Applicant must be a Life member of IAHP. Paper should be single author only and a self-declaration to the effect that the paper has neither been presented in any forum nor been published in any form is a mandatory requirement. The papers received for this session will be reviewed by a screening committee and based on the quality and significance of the research, only 06 papers will be selected for presentation in the IAHP young scientist award session and remaining papers will be considered for presentation in scientific sessions. Best Paper Award ICIAHP A special session for Best paper award will be organized for researchers and scholars (age up to 45 years as on 10 th November, 2018). Applicant must be a Life member of IAHP. Paper should be single author only and a self-declaration to the effect that the paper has neither been presented in any forum nor been published in any form is a mandatory requirement. The papers received for this session will be reviewed by a screening committee and based on the quality and significance of the research, only 06 papers will be selected for presentation in the Best paper award session and remaining papers will be considered for presentation in scientific sessions. The results of the recipient of Young Scientist Award 2018 and Best Paper Award will be declared in the Valedictory function and the citation of the award along with memento will be presented at the Valedictory Function of the conference on 25 November, 2018.

6 Registration fee will cover: Transport facility only from Nasik Road Railway Station to hotel/lodge on arrival of registered Outstation delegates and students with accommodation category. Conference kit including conference badge, souvenir / abstract book and writing materials to the delegates. Admissions to inaugural function, scientific sessions, exhibition of psychological tests/ books and valedictory function. Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner during the conference period with effect from Dinner of 22 th November, 2018 to lunch of 25 th November, Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided to all Outstation Delegates and Outstation Students who will register in the Registered with Accommodation category if indicated in the registration form, in the Hotels/Lodges/Hostels on sharing basis in the simple room with bed and attached washroom. Accommodation will be available with effect from 22 th November, 2018 (Check in 12:00 NOON) up to 25 th November, 2018 (Check out 12:00 NOON). In any case, it would be not possible to provide boarding and lodging to the outstation participants registered after 10 th November, They will have to make their own accommodation arrangements. Reception on Railway Station: The organizing committee shall make arrangements for reception and transportation of delegates arriving at the Nasik Road Railway Station to their accommodation places on intimation about details of train and its arrival time well in advance. Delegates are requested to contact volunteers at the Reception Counter located at Nasik Road Railway Station from the morning of 22 th November, 2018 (9.00 am onwards) up to 23 th November, 2018 (up to 8.00 am). Weather: The weather of Nashik is moderate in month of November; average daily temperature is 15 to 20 degree Celsius.

Nashik is best known for nearby places like Trimbakeshwar, Shirdi, Ajanta & Ellora caves. The distance from Nashik to Trimbakeshwar is about 30 km and Shirdi is 87 km.
