There will be a Pick Up Counter, so the Members, Guests, Principals and students are requested to look out for the Serampore College Convocation Counter at the Dimapur/Guwahati Airport. 8. TYPE OF WEATHER: First week of February is usually cold and the temperature can go down to 10 degree Celsius. Those attending the convocation are advised to bring warm clothes. 4

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF THE PERSONS ATTENDING THE EVENT: No. Arrival Departure Board & Senate 80 January 31, 2017 February 5, 2017 Students 500 February 3, 2017 February 4/5, ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD: For Members The Trinity Theological College will take care of your accommodation and food during February 1 st to 4 th, Those intending to bring their spouses should be willing to bear 50% of the hotel room tariff. However, food will be complimentary for the spouses. For Students from Nagaland Due to lack of accommodation facilities in the College Campus the students from Nagaland are requested to kindly make personal arrangements with friends and relatives residing in Dimapur. However, food and transportation will be provided during February 3-4, You are requested to inform your plans for arrival and departure by using the itinerary form (attached herewith), to the Registrar, Senate of Serampore College, Serampore with a copy to the Principal, TTC, Dimapur. 11. DAILY TIMINGS FOR MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS: (TENTATIVE) Meals and refreshments will be provided to the members of the Board and the Senate and the guests as suggested below: Bed Tea/Coffee a.m. Breakfast a.m. Coffee a.m. Lunch hrs. GOWN & HOOD: Principals of affiliated Colleges and Senators are requested to bring their own gowns and hoods to take part in the Convocation Ceremony as it is no longer possible to provide the same due to increase in the number of graduates and Colleges. 17. CORRESPONDENCE: All the matters related to Senate/Board meetings should be addressed to the Registrar, Senate of Serampore College, Serampore , Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal. Matters concerning arrival, departure should be 6
