1 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY:: UNIVERSITY CLASSES ADMISSION NOTICE Date: Subject: LL.M Department of Law, G.U. Date and Time of Admissions: (1) Main List: Date of Admission: Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (2) Waiting List: Date of Admission: Time: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is hereby notified for all concerned that the following students have been provisionally selected for admissions into the 1 st semester classes of PG Programme of Study in the Department of Law, G.U. for the Session The selections are made and approved by the Admission Committee on the basis of academic and other credentials of the applicants as submitted online and declared to be correct and true by themselves. The selected candidates are directed to attend the concerned Department with their original testimonials and attested photocopies of these to be submitted in the Department along with the ANTI-RAGGING undertakings as instructed in the on the date and time mentioned above, failing which their seats may be forfeited. The Head of the Department is requested to make special arrangements for verification of all original documents at the time of admission. The candidates who want accommodation in the University Hostels will have to apply to the Deputy Secretary, University Classes, G.U. after the admission is confirmed in the Department. PAYMENT OF FEES: A. (i) All students in the Main List will have to pay the Admission Fee by visiting GU Admission Portal from 28 th December, 2018 to 2 nd January, (ii) Candidates need to print 3 (three) copies of their payment slip after making the payment - one for the student, and two copies for the university to be submitted at respective departments. B. For waitlisted candidates: All students admitted from the Waiting List are requested to pay the Admission Fee in between 28 th December, 2018 to 2 nd January, as shown in A(i) and submit the pay-in-slip at the Department latest by 3 rd January, 2019 failing which their seats will be forfeited. C. Payment of Hostel Admission Fee: Students who get allotment for hostel admission will have to make necessary payment as mentioned in A(i) and (ii) above only in within 3 days from the allotment of the seat and before occupying the hostel seat if allotted by producing the payment slip to the respective Wardens. Admission Fee: Rs. 16,945/- Hostel fees: Single Seater room: Rs. 4430/- Double Seater room: Rs. 3590/- Sd/- Secretary, University Classes Note: All admissions are subject to verification of all original documents and to be found authentic.
